Do not do any business with this company. They are not what they appear to be. When they tell you that your item will ship within 5 days they set it in "Preshipping" for weeks on end so it generates a tracking number and because it has a tracking number they won't do anything for you.
They do not answer any questions or concerns and the number they list to call overseas does not work. There is NO way for you to get a refund, to file a complaint or at this point even receive your order.

The garment was a great fit and delivery prompt.
My only complaint is that the fabric has a few pulls in it after one wear to a wedding which indicates the quality of the fabric could be better.
I browsed thru the website. I placed an order. Shortly I received my complete order. I washed and dried the tops and they all fit perfectly. Your website is awesome.
I had issues trying to pay for my order with a Vanilla Visa card as a Visa, I think because it's for use in the US only. At the checkout, it wasn't letting me select PayPal so that I could still use it. I submitted a ticket, and then soon received an Emil for $1 off to complete my order. There was a PayPal link in the email that i was able to use. Later that night I received an email from customer service stating that my order had gone through.
Absolutely love this site. My first and second online clothing shopping experience. The shipping time and customer sevice was excelant and the quality of the product is amazing. Online ordering was no problem and I received my item within 3 to 8 days. I would order again.

The dress and pantsuit did not fit my body shape but the shirt did fit. The shirt was damaged with dark ink spots on back when it was received. I returned all 3 items but would like a replacement for the shirt.
I have waited about a month to review this dress. I did this because I didn't want to just judge it based on how beautiful it was when it arrived. I wanted to wear it, wash it, see how it held up. I will say I originally purchased the red/black dress in small, but I felt like it was too tight (my build is 32a-25-36). I ultimately kept it in medium although that felt too loose. After washing it on cold/delicate and purposely drying it on low to shrink it a bit (just that first wash, every other time I hang it to dry to keep it's shape) I found it fit a lot better. It is truly gorgeous! I only wish it was about a few inches shorter, but then again I'm only 5'3" so every dress feels too long haha
I love it! Just as the picture. Good fabric and its not short! It covers what it should and I gotten the size large rather than extra large since I usually fit in large. Still the difference isnt too bad and I love how it looks!
My packages arrived and the items weren't what I was expecting. The length was too long and the fabric wasn't at all flattering. I wanted to return all purchases only to find it was going to cost as much as the outfits to post back. Packages arrived with Victoria Australia postage but had to send back to USA or Uk. I won't be purchasing from moodily again for this reason.

Fit is not proportional for average woman.
As product is not as advertised, vendor should be responsible for return shipping. Vendor is refusing cover return shipping.
When posting our issues to Modlily and other sites, responses from Modlily have been "Boiler Plate Responses". It seems that all they did was identify a negative review and pasted a standard "We are sorry..." Response.
On one site the response said "you will not be required to pay the second shipping cost" In our view that is the return shipping costs, which as we mentioned above they will not do.
This dress is amazing! Love the fit. And this was i first time ordering and wasn't sure if the dress would fit but was surprised to see that it did and looked great. I love my dress and would definitely continue shopping here. LOVE IT!
It's a beautiful dress, material stretches and molds to your body. But it does run a bit small. So make sure you order 1 size up if you are looking for a small sized dress... 2 sizes up if you are looking for a dress large or more.
I was sent email saying a part of the order was shipped, the rest they had no idea when I would receiveitems items. I was told I could cancel my order. When I tried to customer Debbie's would not let me cancel.
They have wonderful items at great prices. I have been happy with everything I have purchased. What you see is what you get. I can't stop looking at it, will be buying more. Price was great and sevice was wonderful.

Perfect website. I fell in love with this dress since saw it on the site. Based on the review I read I was hesitant to purchase it, but it was the best decision I ever made. It's not as see through as I thought so i was able to wear it with a normal VS black undie. It's my favorite summer maxi dress and I wore as much as I could during the summer.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
