I order clothing from Modlily on line and find it extremely convenient especially when they are on sale plus additional percentage discounts. The quailty of the clothing is good.The associates are very pleasant and are always there to help the customer.
I ordered a bathing suit and received a different one with no tags on that appeared to be previously worn. For weeks I have been trying to request Modlily to give me postage free shipping instructions to return the one erroneously sent to me and ship me the one I ordered and to no avail. I just want to return the one you sent me & receive the one I ordered. I have NEVER dealt with a company who sent the wrong item & refuses to send me the one I ordered.

I placed an order the beginning of September and I STILL have not received my items. I contacted the customer service, and they told me to please be patient and the package should be on its way. Even more frustrating is they don't provide a tracking number to actually know my package is on its way!

I tried it on the way I got it. The T-shirt is at high quality comparing I searched several other products at this price. I love the color. The chiffon materials make me look skinner. I like the style of the sleeves very much. It looks special.
It was very good. The prices were amazing and the clothes were very good very hard to decide on which swimsuit to order love all the different styles and colors. Wish you would have had a different variety of shoes.
I just tried on one I haven't worn yet & there is a hole in the seam by the bra. It 1 1/2 inches did not get sewn together in the seam.
I ordered two dresses by the size chart and they are too small so size chart is not true to size. I read on their site they will not pay for return if they don't fit, only if there is something faulty. So, I will not send them back as it will cost as much as the order to return them to China so twice the cost for me. I will not purchase from this site ever again.
The white blouse arrived and was wrinkled. I tried it on and liked the way it fit. I washed it in cold water, put in the dryer on warm with a Bounce sheet. When it was dried, tried it on again and it had shrunk. I gave it away

The shopping experience itself and service were fine. I was disappointed in the quality of the merchandise. The fabrics were beautiful colors, but very substandard in quality. They didn't fit well and were very cheaply made.
I measured myself according to your instructions on your website and ordered the size recommended, again, by your website. I was delighted with the cut and color of the bathing suit I ordered, but it was way to big. I was very disappointed. I had a Memorial Day pool party I wanted to wear it to. I ended up not going.
Comfortable, relaxed, and got all the help I needed. They were very easy to talk to and always ready to answer questions. They were very professional and went above and beyond! :) And the product sizing was perfect, design is exclusive, the material was great. Fantastic experience!
I order two jumpsuits from this site over a month ago and still have no received it. I even paid to have it delievered within a week. There is no way to contact an actual person, and they are not prompt with getting back with their customers via email. These people are completely unprofessional, and If I could give this site 0 stars I would.
Don't try to buy anything from this and similar Asian sites with low quality clothes.
It takes forever to receive the order and forget to try to return anything!

I am surprised by how much I like this dress. I seriously love this dress. It fit me perfect. I have a smaller waist with bigger bottom and this flatters me perfectly. I wear a large in dresses due to my bottom section and the Large fit perfect.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
