I ordered a two piece Tankini and very happy with purchase. Package arrived on the date they said. I am 5' tall, weight 135 and ordered the medium top and large bottom; both fit perfectly. I also ordered a set of earrings and a necklace which were also just as I was hoping for.
My experience with your company for purchasing is great. Your refund is not good at all. Not if you pay with After pay, I've not received my full refund yet. I will pay with a credit card from this point on.
Sometimes size medium is perfect, and other times, size medium seems very large. Some of the medium size shirts I have ordered are very large.
And, I know this is probably an issue that is just "luck of the draw"... different styles = different fit.
Otherwise, I absolutely love MODLILY!
This was 1 of 3 tops I ordered for my wife for Christmas. Using Modily's Size Chart, I ordered Large. They took over a month to arrive. When my wife tried them on, one item didn't fit well at all. I reached out to Modily and they told me to return it by completing the online return form. When I was completing the return, it mentioned that I would be charged $10. This is unexceptionable since the poor cut and size should not be at my expense. Modily wouldn't wave the fee. I also need to mention that there was supposed to be 2 special gifts included but I never received any. My wife and I are very disappointed with Modily and will never purchase anything from them again and would strongly advise buyers beware.
Took quite a long time to get the sweaters. I measured myself to make sure of the size I was ordering but they ended up being way too big and I had to return them. Found it a little complicated to figure out how to return them but managed to figure it out.
My order was placed on November 10,2023. Received part of the order before Thanksgiving. However the rest of the order was delayed because of customs received the rest of the order 28 December. Two items were for Christmas too late unhappy about the delivery you are.
If I had known that it was going to take so long to receive my order I would not of ordered from this site. I ordered at the end of November and received the order at the end of December. Tracking the order was difficult. Response time from the company on questions was fast. But with very little information.
I placed an order over a month ago. After receiving the package 3 weeks later; the size was incorrect. It took nearly a month for them to provide me with a return address. I had to get very hostile with them and threaten to contact my attorney. They will expect for you to pay your own return postage or they will say keep the items and re-order the right size. What is the right size? You are only going to receive 60% of value of your return. A complete ripoff...

I would give her 5 stars but rated it 4 just due to the fact they had to resend my suit due to a shipping issue. They were great though tracked it and resent.
I have made 3 purchases so far, I love every top I have gotten, the quality and workmanship is the best ever. The colors are vibrant, and look exactly like the picture, the shipping is a long time, but well worth the wait, I recommend Modlily for the the prettiest and best quality tops around.
I paid for expedited shipping and I still didn't get my order on time, it took 3 weeks when I should have gotten it sooner. Also my 2nd order, they are investigating to find my order. I will never order from them again. They have poor customer service and you can't talk to a live person.

Everything fit! I ordered Medium and it all fit true to size, what a nice surprise. The quality is great, especially for the price you pay. The tops are super cute and are quite flattering, the Tankini fit perfect. The colors are vibrant just like the pictures posted on the website. Super quick shipping to Canada.

I ordered 2 swim suits on 3/15/22 After tracking the package for 3 months & communicating by email. I was informed I could not cancel the order. Went on vacation & had to buy 2 swim suits. I finally received the swim suits at the end of June. I proceeded to follow the instructions to return the suits & never received return instructions. I had 30 days to return & started the procedure 1 day after I received the swim suits. Now it is almost 30 days later & I still have not received return info. I now have 2 swim suits that I don't need & what's worse is they are too big. I will never use this company again. They are very unreliable & can you can only communicate by email, which they don't respond to.
I got the measurements all right BUT! This was to small! Ordered the size 12-14 as 14 is my size, got the top part on but only just!
Going to put it out to Opportunity Shop here in town as this will fit a person who is 10-12 size meaning it is only a Medium size swimsuit.
So, so disappointed in this, was so looking forward to it.
ModLily does a great job of communicating from the moment I placed the order until the moment I received my package. The product is well priced and looks and fits great. Would definitely order from them again.
This is the second time I have ordered from this company and thought the poor customer service from the first order was just a fluke but it wasn't. Ordered item Oct. 16 and they still have not shipped it (3 wks. Later) but, of course, the payment went through my bank immediately. They do not give a tracking number. There customer service is one of those "big circles" with the "we would like to help you but..." Looked at the email confirmation and it says to expect the item between 11/13-11/29. What? Over a month? This is a company that is all about the company, not the consumer.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
