I placed an order for 3 shirts and realized I had already ordered one of them on a previous order so I asked for it to be removed and received a reply back that it would be and I would be credited. The reply back to me was in a very timely manner. I was very appreciative with the whole process
I placed $100 for bathing suits for a holiday then did not find out until after I placed the order that I would not get them till after the trip. I had a very difficult conversation with them... one sentence a day because of the time delay then now as of their last response I can not log in and see their response, when I go to reset the password it says my e-mail is not found. I had to borrow a bathing suit for my trip! I tried on numerous oacassiobs to call the number and it just says caller is not available and if you leave a message no one calls you back. Feeling completely ripped off and have no ideas if I am ever going to see the purchase. This purchase was a HUGE mistake! Would not recommend to anyone!
I am looking forward to wearing this shirt. It is such a beautiful style. Modlily is my first choice for my clothing needs. It arrived so quick after I placed my order. I will be shopping for all my clothing needs MODLILY first.
The actual purchase and website was not the issue. The product was disappointing. I don't understand how the cups of the bodice were not centered in the bodice but off to the sides. Very ill fitting and odd.
The quality and sizing are beyond disappointing. It is close to impossible to return as they only offer 60 percent of the paid price and require you to return the items to CHINA and pay the postal. I could not be more disappointed in this company. I do a lot of on line shopping with US and China based companies and have NEVER had a company treat me so poorly.
Do not buy from Modlily! You have a 50% chance of getting your order and of that a 50% of the dress being correct.
When you don't receive your order at all they steal your money. Their constant reply is they will return your money when you return the item. They can't understand that you can't return what you did not receive.
You are warned!
I placed an order on 04/07/16 at 10:00am. I cancelled the order 04/07/16 at 11:30 after I read online reviews. It is not 05/06/16 and I am still waiting for a refund. They will only correspond online and they have tried to talk me out of cancelling several times. They finally agreed to refund my money but they 'warned' that the processing takes 'long time to bank'. No kidding!

Being a first time customer I was a bit skeptical but when my order arrived I was very satisfied with my entire order & was actually surprised that my order arrived earlier than expected. The quality of the items I order was excellent and I will definately be ordering more items in the future.
I am receiving a minimum of 20 emails a day from modlily.com to rate their service -
I consider this harassment as they refuse to unsubscribe my name from their site.
Id advise to stay as far away as possible from this site.
Maya knows her job, quickly and effeciently she helped me within approx. 2-3 min.
My order was delivered and I need to return the entire order.
I asked her to assist me with a return label the computer that your website won't generate.
She states she'll email it to me within 48 hours to my email.
Give her a raise & the acknowledgment she so deserves for her excellent customer service.
I really hope she is recognized for her amazing help she's provided me and I'm sure countless others.

I received the swimsuit WET and it smelled of mildew and chemicals! It also appears to be faded or stained. I sent an email explaining and have heard nothing back from them. I don't know how else to get ahold of them. I am very unhappy!

One top I received was a lighter weight poly material. It said 97/3 poly and spandex but entirely different from other tops received. Kept it, but didn't care for it too much. Other than that, it's a 5 star for everything else.
Among the $145+ spent, I bought a swim dress w/swim shorts set. The set—at least the shorts— is definitely USED. Hygienic liner not in place on crotch but crumpled up and stuck inside shorts. Tags cut out. Defective hem on leg— just what we want: fluffy black strings hanging out of used shorts, right in the crotch area.:-/ Not that I will try them on—GROSS! Who knows if they even match the size of the top "swim dress." As if the bait & switch were not enough, they want to charge me $9.99 to return the items— all of which are of shoddy construction. They can kiss my *! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY AGAIN! See my pics and judge for yourself. If a deal looks too good to be true, it is too good to be true!

My bathing suit couldn't even be put on - seams sewn wrong & the shoulder straps were cut in two!
I was worried about exchanges/returns. Clara was helpful and professional. Returning/exchanging was easy and Clara was in constant communication with me. I will definitely feel comfortable shopping on Modlily again.
I am grateful that you saw I was at another address. My last order i was in Virginia and now I am in Florida. I was happy that the difference was noticed and now I will surely get my order delivered to the correct address. Thanks so much for double checking so I get my order at the right address.
Iiems are always nice and stylish. The item i bought is sooooo cute just like the photo. Its a bit small on me I got a medium based on the sizing chart but I should have got a large for sure... I will give mine to someone smaller and order another one in a large because I really do love it. Its so classy! I would suggest order a size up.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
