I needed clarification re: a return and went to Live Chat and spoke with Oviya. She very quickly resolved my questions and sent me the mailing label for the return.
Customer Service was very nice dealing with this return authorization as well.
The sizes are always correct and the dresses are good quality. Value for money and look stunning! I have ordered several dresses as my weight fluctuates up and down and they are always perfect! In line with the sizing charts.
I want to return two items. Clearly, I need a degree in Rocket Science. Total Bull$#*!! It took my order forever to arrive. If I don't receive a refund, I will report it to the BBB! There are a lot of complaints filed with the BBB. I should have read the reviews. I will never order again and tell everyone I know not to order!

I have to say that this was the best experience and service that I have ever had. I didn't see my anklet because it was so carefully packed and attached to one of the bathing suits bags, so I sent one message that I did not get it and you immediately sent me a picture of how my package looked and where to find the small anklet.

My garment, a denim coat, arrived w/o cut-out button holes. I was made an offer to keep the item and receive a 10% credit to my account. I refused. Now, I cannot get ANY reply to any of my inquiries. I am donating the coat. Hopefully, someone can get some use out of it. My advice... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Very disappointed with the bathing suit I received. The picture I ordered from show vibrant colors on the top piece of the suit. What I received was any thing but vibrant. Very dull and faded ugly. The bottoms was a beautiful bright pink. Does not match the suit top at all. Very disappointed.
My girlfriend is completely in love with this dress. It just fits her perfectly and makes her super sexy and hot, and she told me that the fabric is super good. She told me she gets a lot of compliments from her friends when she wears it.

I ordered a dress and it looked like they took fabric and cut it to look like the dress I was supposed to get a slapped ribbon on there for the straps. It look nothing like the dress I order this website is a complete scam. They told me if I wanted my money back I would have to pay to ship or back to them then I can get my money back please do not order from this website they are a complete scam and are showing false advertisement they do not sent you what is in the picture what so ever
I ordered a swimsuit from modlily. I never even received it. What i got was an empty package (which customs had opened and stamped it was opened officially and received empty) that was too small for a swimsuit to even fit in. When i contacted them the first response was that i need to consider the prices and people often have too high of expectations when ordering from them. Their next response was an offer to only refund 30% of what i paid and that i need to understand that it is a loss to their company as well. After i told them that i dont agree and that i would only accept full refund they quit responding to my ticket.
This company is a complete and total ripoff. I order four blouses from them. First it took over three weeks to get them. When they finally arrived two of them were the wrong size and were of very cheap quality. When I said I wanted to return them, they sent me a return label. I waited over two weeks to hear back. They responded that they would not refund the money because they were damaged and used. I never wore them nor did I damage them. I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing.
The products are wonderful. They fit perfectly. And are totally cute. The service has been excellent. The products arrive on time or sometimes before. I haven't had trouble with returns as I haven't had any.
I bought this dress for my daughter. She was surprised and loved it so much. It was much pretty than expected. The color was bright and the dress was well made. Thanks for the customer service for giving me suggestions about the measurement. I will surely come again!
