I actually received my order the day before I expected it and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the outfits. Excellent customer service, there was a slight hiccup with their online ordering and I couldn't get my order placed. I called and they apologized profusely and gave me a discount off my order, which I had not expected. So I feel good about this Modlily.
My first order arrived in 2 weeks - relatively slow, I thought. My second order still hasn't arrived after 4 weeks. I checked the order to be sure I had submitted it correctly. I had, but it had not yet been acknowledged. I clicked the "Where is my order" button and, after several days, it is still listed as being processed. I will be grateful to receive the items someday. I thought Emilie did a great job! I really appreciated that she came on quickly and was able to find my order right away; showing me exactly what I ordered. I found two charges on my credit card and although she was not able to resolve or tell me why, she was still attentive and responsive. I appreciated that.
My first order, one pantsuit and one dress. Material felt cheap and seam of bust wasn't right. Order was 104$, getting 86$ back but also had to pay to ship back 26$. So really, getting 60$ back. Cost me 44$ to try on two outfits.
This dress is a slinky jersey material, that hugs your curves while being figure comfortable. The only note is that it is a bit thin, and because much of the dress is white, a slip may be required. I do not wear one, but I have to choose the color and lay of my undergarments very carefully when I wear this dres to be able to get away with not wearing a slip.
I bought a swimsuit to take to Panama City and it was too small. I sent it back and ordered a larger size. My tracking showed it was shipped but just sat in one location for over a week and time for me to leave for vacation was fast approaching. I contacted customer service and explained that if I didn't get it on time I would be returning it. They contacted the shipping outlet and I received it the Friday before I left so I was very pleased.

The shipping is fast and i received this site in 5 days. I wore it the other day and the fabric is cool. I like the fact that it over laps and fits bigger. But the package was delicate when I received it. I am reluctant to take apart it if I can. After I open it, I definitely know it is so suitable for me. Love it and will come again.
In checking tracking for 2 orders, they show I will not received them until middle or late April. If they are not here before 3rd week in May, i will be greatly upset. I need these clothes for vacation, especially the swimsuits.
They took my money and I am unable to get any information on my order. I read reviews for the product on their web site and all seamed good. But now after spending hours trying to get information, I am reading review on this website and learning that it is a company in China. I ordered once from Zully who is also a company in China, and the size large shirt could not have fit a small child. I was not even able to get it over my head. I too was not able to return because of the cost and restocking fees. I guess I have lost my money again.
You send your hard earned money, they take forever (3 months) to send you a very cheap imitation (halloween costume polyester rather than linnen) of what they advertised. In the wrong size. Then they make it difficult and expensive to return the item, and offer you a paltry refund to "save you the trouble." SCAM!
I am a 36C and could BARELY squish my boobs into the shirts and dresses I ordered. They fit everywhere else (stomach, hips, etc.) but not my chest. I could barely breathe let alone move around. I have never had this problem before in-store or online so it was very strange to me.
I submitted my order on January 31. I got a notification that they had shipped it on February 24. It arrived to me in Canada on March 7.
But the order was correct so yay?

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
