I ordered this for my best friends birthday party. I was in love with this dress once I got it and tried it on! It came with a built in bra which was wonderful, it took one less expense away. The dress was very comfortable and made so well! I had tons of compliments on it. The price was great too! It arrived pretty quickly. I have referred and will continue to referrer people to Modlily.

I loved the top I received from Modlily, but unfortunately, it was too small. I usually wear a large, but this top runs small. I returned it for a refund and reordered the same top in a larger size. I am anxiously awaiting the delivery of my new top!

I ordered a sweater and the quality was very poor and did not fit. When I opened the package where was a liquid inside the package!
I tried to return it online and could not navigate their system. Still waiting to hear back from them but not holding my breath.

I wrote because I was having trouble getting on the email website with my email. And when I did finally get on, it said there was no order associated with the account. The reply was very timely and helpful each time I wrote back. I was assured that my order had gone through and got help with my email issues. The promptness and efficiency was most appreciated

My wife found a two piece bathing suit on ModLily and the website showed excellent pictures and sizes. The website was easy to use and the item was spot on for fit and size. The item was well packed and was dispatched with tracking detail. All in all an excellent buying experience and would recommend ModLily

I have ordered two tops already from Modlily and i am completely satisfied,, they fit very well and good quality. I dont know why so much bad reviews on them... i have now ordered a 3rd top and hopefully will be as nice as the two others... i am getting a lot of compliment on them asking where i bought those... i guess they must look nice.

These dresses are awesome! The fit and colors are very flattering. The material is thick but soft; very comfortable. The "green" is my favorite but the peachy/blue is pretty too! I am 5'8 and it falls nicely at my ankle. Very happy with this purchase.

Loved the bikini that I ordered good quality material and fitted perfectly but I was very disappointed in the white top I ordered very poor quality then I went to the post office to return and to find that it would cost me the price of the top to return the item to you.
Won't be ordering again

Excellent service i had to change the delivery address for the order I had placed, i raised a ticket and the response came back within hours confirming my request had been actioned and the delivery was now on its way to the new delivery address. Thank you Alice.

I ordered a swimsuit after purchasing two very nice swim bottoms that fit me perfectly. I ordered the same size in the swimsuit, but the bottoms were miniscule and the top was huge. Had I known that sale items weren't returnable, I'd never have ordered it. This policy should be clear in the item description of all sale items.

I will not be a returning customer as I had to pay 9.99 to return an item. This is not fair in my book. If you receive and item that you do not like once you try it on you should not have to pay to return it. Thank you for a VERY poor experience!

Purchased products online, bathers and shorts. Small issue with delivery but they arrived well packaged and great quality. Sunshine helped with the delivery issue and product arrived shortly after. Would purchase again.
