Ordered from this company and was told my order was delivered but it was not delivered. They told me to track my order and ask the tracking company to find my items. It's there items and there shipper. As of yet I have still not received my items no one seems to beable to give a answer. Mean while I am out of getting what I paid for..
I ordered a month ago and have yet to receive my order though the payment was processed the day I purchased it.
I should have read reviews first. They have soooo many 1star reviews, so I was curious about who would give them a five star review. After reading the 5 star reviews it seems obvious that they were ALL written by non english speakers. Probably submitted by modlily employees forced to rebuttal all the 1 star reviews. None of the 5 star reviews were specific in nature, only glowing praise of the company.
Seriously it takes 2-3 weeks for them to even get to possibly shipping and then another week or two to get to the DHL shipper which doesn't even deliver because they pay the post office to deliver... I ordered this on 5/7/18... as of yesterday still package hadn't even reached DHL... bthen just how much longer to get here... am I going to get my summer swimsuit before winter sets in?
Shipping was quick. However, the item isn't as shown on the website. The color isn't as bright and the bottom of the shirt is actually straight across instead of raised on the sides. I won't be ordering from Modlily again. If they would just show the model wearing the actual item, they wouldn't seem deceptive.
I recently ordered a navy blue blouse and as per usual, I am pleased with the service received. My order was shipped in a timely manner and of course, the price was reasonable. The blouse had all the particulars as stated in the description online. Nothing was out of place! The material was of good quality. The color, size and the style were a perfect fit for me. I felt very comfortable in it. Modlily always seem to have the perfect items for me. They have a lot of items to choose from to suit your style. I would recommend everyone to shop here!
I ordered 2 dresses as we were going to Mexico and was worried that I wouldn't receive them in time. I contacted Modlily and they said they would put a rush on them. I did receive them the day before we left for our holiday. Very good quality but too big for me. I returned them the same day. I have bought many bathing suits and have loved them all. They were great prices and I have had many compliments. Thanks Modlily.
My first order came in this week. I have to return one item. I was given a couple of addresses in the US to ship the item back to and then they would refund me but I am responsible to pay for the shipping. I live in Canada. It would cost me more money to send it back to get the refund. It makes no sense to return it. I asked for a telephone number to talk to someone but the Chat support said I can't get a telephone number to talk to anyone. I took a second step to reach out again via FB Messenger only to go through the same thing. They gave me an email address to write to. So I took that step...and of course no one answered. I reached out through Messenger again and no one is responding. Not worth it.
Bought 2 bathing suits using the sizing guide. 1 fit perfectly, the other had a defect making it unwearable. The bralette inside the suit was way too small, the picture on the right compared to the correct size on the left. I asked for a refund and a shipping label because the mistake was not mine. They are offering me a 20% refund for a suit I do not want because I can't wear it. Also I had ordered the suits beginning of June for a trip and they were supposed to be shipped immediately. They arrived a week after I got home from vacation.
Since when does a customer have to pay for manufacturing defects?
The customer service is so good. Such a quick response as well as resolution to the issue. Very good experience. If you have any problem, you can ask them. They will reply to you patiently and professionally. Good service!
I absolutely love this website so so so much. I always feel satisfied with my purchases bought from Modlily. Each time when I see new new arrival products, I couldnt help my self buying some of them because their cuteness and fashion style.
I will definitely order again, I ordered 2 bathing suits and the fit perfect and were as pretty as they advertised, delivery took a while but worth the wait and they kept in touch with me throughout the wait.
My garment arrived well within the suggested time. The fabric is good and the workmanship is excellent. The sizing is a bit on the small side, so I chose the next larger size for my second order placed yesterday.

I forgot the negative shipping reviews I had read earlier and mistakenly placed an order on December 24. Got an email that it was in the shipping dept on December 25 and expected to be delivered on the 28th. Small print says something much different;<<; read the small print people. Fake shipping! Terrible customer service in this day of free 2 day shipping. And fake tracking information. Or maybe not... my updated tracking info is the same as it was on December 25... still in shanghai China. Buy American!
I ordered 3 tops... One fit but was ripped, the other 2 were too small. I contacted them and they offered me a 50% refund to keep what didn't fit! After many messages back and forth (they dont have a phone number) RED FLAG!, they offered me 80% refund! They CLEARLY dont want to exchange! I finally gave up and am TRYING to get back some of my money! Filed a complaint against them thru PayPal I hope noone has to go thru what I did!

I ordered 2 shirts and swimsuit. I had to send shirts back. Haven't had time to get refund yet but I really like the customer service I've received. They answer promptly and are easy to get in touch with.
Good quality clothing, good variety to chose from and I like the fact that the clothing fitted perfectly and lovely materials and designs and that I won't see many people dressed the same as me walking down the street.

I seriously love this dress. It fit me perfect. I have a smaller waist with bigger bottom and this flatters me perfectly. I wear a large in dresses due to my bottom section and the Large fit perfect. I am 5'8 and it falls nicely at my ankle. Very happy with this purchase.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
