Ordered a swimsuit in early Feb. That order was canceled as unavailable so I ordered a second suit. I finally received it mid March. I was surprised at how long it took to ship. Other than long delivery time the item is great.

I ordered a dress from modlily on a Sunday, got the confirmation mail immediately and my parcel was delivered on Wednesday. Shipping was unexpectedly quick. It was the first time I bought clothes from modlily, but it won't be the last time. Plus the dress was just the perfect size and perfect quality. I ordered 2 dresses and for the most part they were what I wanted. The only issue was the material was not what I expected however, I've had them for a year and they have lasted so this site is worth trying.

I ordered a dress for a semi formal event, getting closer and closer to the event and finally arrived, when i got it, it looked nothing like the pictures, you could even tell it was a different fabric and the top was see through and the pattern was different, complete scam, never buy from there

Ordered an item and paid for expedited shipping(2-5 days). It has been 4 days and the item hasn't shipped and no telephone number to talk to a live person. On-line chat service is only an email and not live chat. False advertisement!

I never received item, tho Modlily says it was delivered to my business address and left at the door. The problem is, this was a Tuesday afternoon, and our mail person ALWAYS brings the mail into the office right to my desk, as I sit right inside the glass door. I was charged insurance for this item, but Modlily will not refund me for an item I bought 2.5 months ago!

I am absolutely in love with this dress! The colors! The style! The flow! It is simple and casual, yet modern and dressy all at the same time! The variety of colors and lengths that are available are also impressive and vast.

My purchase was exactly as described. It was really cute. If I were to buy again, for the blouse I would buy one size larger. As for the bottoms, they were perfect. Definitely would buy again but be prepared to wait a bit for your order. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars.

The system won't let me give Oviya 5 stars, which she deserves. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Made a change to my order that I was worried couldn't be made. Very satisfied with her assistance.

My only concern is the bathing suits are not chlorine proof. Or if they are, there is no reference.
I am looking for bathing suit for water fitness.
Otherwise, I am pleased with the swimsuits and shorts.

Loved the swimsuit that I purchased was very leery t about sizing but it fit perfectly. I received it in about 2 weeks I was extremely happy with my experience with Modlily I already made another purchase.

I emailed as soon as I placed the order and realized it had my old address. Everything was taken care of first thing Monday morning and my current address was updated! Thank you for the speedy response.
