Nice fabric, nice style but the Asian sizings are way off compared to US sizings. I ordered 2 sizes larger than normal and it STILL would not even come close to fitting me. Never will order from again.
I had put in an order but it had not been processed yet and I wanted to remove one of the tops I had ordered and replace it with a different one. The person who took care of my order did an excellent job and got everything perfect and in a timely manner! I have been happy with their products in the past and I am looking forward to my new order coming!
I found this sight and was skeptical at first. Decided to try it because everything seemed legit, and they had cute clothes that nobody else carries. Glad I did, processing and shipping takes about 2 wks. Easy returns about a wk. Clothes are cute and good quality. Have ordered again. My friends have even placed orders.
Have ordered from this company, haven't received my order upto now, it has beetroot month now, money wasn't refunded replying to my email that the items were already delivered, but am warning anyone trying to buy from this online $#*!, get you assume off this things, it's just the same clothes they sell here and also in this shopping online from China called chicme, they disappeared with my money, $168.00, last November 2015 and I will never ever advice no one to order from here or chicme.com, they will get your money and deliver nothing.
I was hesitant with the placing of my first order, however, it was a great experience. Everything I order was as described and very well made. I did have to return a couple of things and that too was also a very smooth transition and my credit was processed and added to my account in a very timely manner.

This top is cute. Its very comfortable and I like the way it fits on me. I got a medium for this off shoulder blouse. I decided to go for an upsize in case its loose I can make some alterations. I usually wear x-small too small for this kind and its a good thing I based on what is written on the reviews. For size reference I am 5 ft tall, weighs 102 lbs and my body measurements are 34 busts size, my waist runs from 25to 26 and 34 hip size. This is inexpensive but beautiful and well made. It shows off my shoulder and its not seeing through. Its material is a cotton blend. It did not change its size and shape after wash. Its still pretty and I feel wonderful while wearing it. Thank you very much. I hope they will offer other colors next time.
I ordered a dress, was charged for it, but never received it. The order email had a service website. When I went to that site to submit at ticket it kept saying I had an invalid order number and would not let me submit a ticket. The phone number listed does not work. Do not order from this company.
The clothes I have ordered so far were nice. Pretty good quality, true to size and very cute. HOWEVER the wait time to receive my orders is exceedingly long. I like the clothes but considering how long it takes to get my orders I doubt I'll be ordering from ModLily again.

I get bathing suit top it does not fit so I go onto return for now online to say final sale no returns. No where on my order does it say no returns so this is very misleading and I will not continue to shop here
I saw all the reviews but really liked what I saw so I ordered it. It took SIX MONTHS to receive the item and I had to call many times to finally get it. They said I would get it within a week, by next week, by the weekend... whatever. FINALLY, I called and they did send it out but it came from New Jersey! REALLY? So, why did it have to go through customs? Not only that, the return address said California but the zip code was New Jersey. Being the internet sleuth that I am, I tried every possibility on the planet to get their phone number but to no avail. The number I previously called had been disconnected. The shirt is of poor quality and does not fit. If they will not take it back, I am ready to file a claim with the government to shut them down. Anyone interested in starting a "class action" suit with me? If you want to buy from them, please know you might as well throw the money in the garbage. (Or send it to me... I'll buy stuff for the poor and give it to them!)

When usps delivered the package the items were no where to be found. I contacted customer service and they said take a picture of the delivery envelope and they will reprocess the order.
I placed two orders within days of each other. It took nearly a month for them to arrive and both orders were wrong. Wrong sizes, and wrong colors. When I asked for a refund, they said I had to provide pictures to prove that the orders looked nothing like the advertised piece. I provided photos, twice! They then said that I should have used the sizing chart. Here's the catch, I did use their sizing chart. I never got my refund! I am still waiting for a response to my complaint
Modlily is without a doubt, hands down, the best place for anyone that loves dress! They literally have anything and everything that your heart could ever desire. I honestly cannot get enough of shopping at Modlily. I have been shopping there for years and years and I have never been disappointed with any of my experiences with them.
It was my very 1st order that was supposed to be no postage charge yet I had to pay a small amount ($4.06) to pick it up.
I then had to exchange an item due to size and had trouble getting return label printed.
When item got back I was informed I had to pay postage to get the correct size item sent.
I asked for a refund on postage I already paid on original shipment. Customer service adjusted postage, but I messed up when I went to PayPal (as guest) and paid the full $9.99 amount. Customer service again took care of it and issued a refund to PayPal on my credit card.
As you can probably tell I rarely shop online for anything, but this great customer service is why I would purchase from modlily again.
Haven't received package. Ordered 3 weeks ago and paid expedited shipping which stated I would receive in 10 days. Have tried their online chat twice and today (June 15th) received email stating order shipped and should arrive between June 3rd-June 7th. How is that possible? Online chat gave me a tracking # today which I checked tracking and label was just issued. DO NOT pay extra for shipping. It is non refundable and does not help.
I'm very happy! I have purchased and received 7 shirts so far from ModLily. They are all true to size (true to the Size chart). And they don't shrink in the washer or dryer and come out of the dryer with No wrinkles! I'm very happy with ModLily products!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered an item correctly from their sizing chart and when it came it felt 3 sizes too small. I wanted to return the item for a refund and it was a back and forth debate with modlilly trying to say it was my fault the item did not fit, I did not research sizing well enough, which I did. After 5 emails back and forth, I'm done... keep the item... it was made out of very cheap material not worth the headache of dealing with this company. Final outcome... I am out money for a shirt that I will never wear!
I've placed three orders so far and have received 2 of them. Third one shipped already. The clothes I have already received are exactly as pictured and the fit is right on target. I'm in the United States and was leery of how the fit was going to be. It is accurate! The quality is amazing and I'm going to be ordering more when I can afford it! Love ModLily! Thank you!
This is a scam company. The clothes you see online will not be the clothes that you receive. When you look at the four and five star reviews most of them come from non-English speaking people. I assume theyre from Chinese people who work for the company or are related to the company in some way. This is a common practice to hopefully override some of the legitimate bad reviews. Do not buy from this company ever.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
