I purchased a XXL Bathing suit top in June 2022. It was way too big. So I returned it in June. The CS rep helped with the label, and said there would be no charge. I mistook it for meaning no charge for an exchange for a size Large as well.
I finally contacted Modlily in August by e mail, regarding my exchange. "May" answered each correspondence within 24hours. I greatly appreciated her diligence to get this issue resolved. I received my bathing suit top yesterday. I really like it.
I was very apprehensive to place my order. But I thought it was coming from China. I thought to myself. Oh God here we go another skill. But I received my bathing suit in less than two weeks from order and they were exactly as described. The quality of them for the price is outstanding I would recommend buying from them.
For an old gal who likes to go for a swim, I'm happy to report that the feminine bathing suits that cover my middle are a delight. Haven't tried them in the water yet. I wear a black sports bra underneath for more support and it goes well with the suits I purchased. Especially like the spandex shorts (the longer ones that go down the thigh) which will be great for cycling. Delivery was quick.
When I was shopping you did not offer the brown and black shirt with the ring on the chest part.
While it looked OK i really did not like it because it looked like FLAMES. Luckily I gave it to someone who happened to like FLAMES. I then ordered the brown and black shirt.
Ordered a swim suit on April 1,2017 to take on my cruise on April 17. Never knew it was coming from china. Thought 2 weeks time was enough to get it before my trip. Just got back today, May 1, and still no suit, although I did receive email saying it was in Shanghai on the 14th and is now in USA as of 4/29. Are they for real? Curious to if and what I get, lol
Modlily.com is a great online clothes store. I've ordered many things so far and I've loved all of them. Customer service is great and the delivery has always been prompt and on time. The last item I purchased was a gorgeous floral dress for summer. The print on the fabric is stunning and the quality of the item is amazing considering the price I paid. I'm definitely going to continue shopping there!
I ordered two tops 11/26 And I have not received them or had any communication from Modlily since I ordered them. My bank account shows the money for the tops has been taken out of my checking account. If I don't hear something soon, I will report this to both my bank and Facebook which is where I saw the add. Thank you

The company does not tell you that everything comes from China and takes 2 months to get here and the quality of the clothes is terrible... you get what you pay for... bought a bathing suit and it was ok received 2.5 months later... now just waiting on a dress and that will take 2 months I am sure. Beware of this company!
I get the majority of my clothes from Modlily. The clothing is cheap, cute, and fine quality. All the products I got were just what I ordered and just the right fit. Love to shop there, never had a problem with the site, great customer service.
It took nearly a month for the dress to arrive, and it was shocking. NOTHING like the picture. Size XL but actually like a size medium. I would not even pass it on to someone. Fabrics are ugly, wrong colors than shown. Flimsy.
Love this website. Always order from here, they deliver on time, the clothing is pretty cheap, the quality could be better but if you don't want to pay a lot, then this is the way to go, on top of that they have a huge selection.
Awful quality and so far from the described items that they are laughable. Oh and so easy to log into your account to order and almost impossible to get in after that. I. e when you want to complain or get a refund. Emailing them does not help when trying to arrange for return and refund and it is impossible to work out what the company's return requirements are.
Bought a dress on this site and received it after 3 weeks. The dress is true to the picture. And the website provides easy return policy.It also provides free shipping all over the world. Good customer service. I am happy with it. Cost-effective is very high.
I love ordering from Modlily, the delivery is really fast I usually get it within 5 days, 7 days max. I love ordering from their website when I cannot make it to the store. There are a lot of selections on line, only thing is you can't try them on so it's kind of like a blind buy but you can return the item(s) you don't like.
This company is a total scam. They might as well sent me a bag of rags. I had no idea this company is in China. Good luck if you need to return something. It cost more to return products than what to paid. I have been back and forth with PayPal over this. They have tried to be helpful but they say now the company wants me to return the items with proof of a tracking #. I could go on but the bottom line is PayPal is giving me a credit of all but 13$ of original cost and said to do whatever you want with the clothing. This is the first and last time I will ever order from a company that # one is in China and sells inexpensive clothing. Thank you PayPal.
To those that wrote reviews, I'm glad I researched and found your reviews, I were about to place an order for my Boo, but now I've decided to go elsewhere. Thanks for the heads up of the worthless service. Merry Christmas to all.
Customer service is amazing and you can easily ask questions and they will respond to your message the next day. Always good service, a lot of choices and good price I can afford. I love it because I can find somethings that are original for me.
Right now I am only giving 3 star until I see how well the return/exchange process works. I don't have a problem with the quality so far (I have not laundered anything yet, so I don't know how well the clothing launders yet). But I did return (3) items for exchange, all in the original packaging and in the same condition as shipped to me and there is no update on the website. I received my order on May 10th and the warehouse received the return items on May 20th. I will change my rating when I see how well this exchange process works. At this time I am not real impressed.
