Dont do Bussiness with this company unless you are desperate. They will not do returns, they pretend like they are a computer (that doesn't communicate well in English) & ping pong messages back and forth. The clothing is poorly made material that doesn't ever fit well, look right or last long. Bye bye modlily. Never again.
If I could give no stars I would! Quality terrible cheap and nasty, they lied for 2 weeks as to my order did not dispatch as item our of stock told me it had been dispatched when I asked for a refund, finally dispatched after constant messages to cancel order, now they want me to pay return postage and 40% order value for an order that is 4 weeks late and I asked to cancel! Lying cheating Scum, do yourself a favour and do not use them
I want to tell that there are a lots of high fashionable things. I've already made two purchases that made me really happy, with free shipping. I was very surprised for the quality of fabric because they're so affordable I was skeptical to what the quality of items would be like. But to my surprise my items were just lovely.
I fall into ad traps frequently. I've ordered several products from other sellers that simply never arrived. Modlilly is the real deal. My order of six tops arrived in less than four weeks, the quality is outstanding, and initiating a refund/exchange for couple items has been quick and painless. One sweater just didn't look right on me. Two tops I ordered ran a bit larger than the other tops of the same size. So I'll be exchanging them for one size down.

Love Modlily. Always order from here, they deliver on time, the clothing is pretty cheap, the quality could be better. If you don't want to pay a lot, then this is the way to go, on top of that they have a huge selection.
I ordered two garments. I ordered an extra large top which would not have fit on my 9 year old. Its supposed to be denim but i would pass for a prison uniform. There is one button missing and none of the buttons fit in the button holes. I have asked for a full refund how they said it would cost too much to teturn it so they will offer $6.3 compensation and i should give the item to a family member! I wont like but this has to be the worst company that i have ever come to deal with. Please dont waste your money!
Modlily has great service mailing there products in a timely manner. When there is an issue they are willing to solve to the customer satisfaction.
I purchased two bathing suits and was a little leery that they would not fit they fit me perfect. First of all it's hard to get something to fit me.I'm a medium bottom and a large top. They came true to size, and the bathing suits were as beautiful in the advertisement, as they were in my hands!I love them!

Nice styles look great on models. If not a total "scam" this is reseller that offers "merchandise when or if its made by others Shipping times are glacial paced. Very difficult if not impossible to resolve latest issues as website is inaccesible to me
I ordered a few shirts and sweaters... they took forever to get here and when they came it was cheap, thin, poorly made, and looked nothing like the pictures. I tried to return everything immediately but even that process was a nightmare. Such a waste of money.
I've been looking for a bathing suit that covers my middle-aged body. ModLily has so many to choose from that it took forever to pick one. I am quite pleased with the one I chose. It covers everything and at the same time emphasizes the attractive parts.

I returned an order in original packaging to the warehouse it was shipped from. I did not realize i needed the shipping label for a different facility. The may order was mixed up with a july order and customer service has been arguing with me, about it, for the better part of a month. One chat, and it was all fixed. My order was all mixed up, got on chat to notify, the chat customer could not even find I had paid for my order, I have spent as least $350.00 in the last 6 months, then the chat would not let me continue. Never again will I order from you, sad, I like your products.
