I ordered 2 items, paid for expedited shipping, which says 1-3 days, when I contacted them to see why my order hadn't come, got the run-around about "it's a hot sale item so it will take several more days to process", etc. I immediately contacted my credit card company, who filed a dispute based on them breaking their promise of expedited shipping. I got my money credited back within just a few days. Sorry I hadn't read these reviews first, but relieved that I didn't have to fight with them.
I have purchased 9 tops from this merchant. All are quality tailored, beautiful designs, and easy-care fabrics. The shipping was less than 2 weeks. The tops are long, so you may want to order one size smaller, but they are flowy and slimming as well.
I ordered 2 bathing suits March 30,17. ToOk my money and gave tracking. Tracking shows no movement since then. Submitted now 3 tickets and keep getting excuses from stuck in customs, to the suit are in high demand, to site doesn't update regularly and to be pateint. I think this is a scam..
I placed 2 separate orders from this company and both had the same results. Incredibly slow shipping and service. The orders hadn't shipped until almost 3 weeks after I'd placed them. Then shipping took another 3 weeks. If you can afford to wait 2 months for a top or a pair of shorts, this is the place for you. Chances are the seasons will have changed by the time you receive what you purchased. All their responses are automated and truly terrible service. Save your money and shop where you can actually receive your items before the calendar changes several times. Awful
I really love Modlily.com and I dont understand why people have problem with such an amazing site here you always gets amazing products at much lower price than market I recently ordered a pink jacket from Modlily.com and truly I gets my tracking number within day and my item delivered just in ten days for that I truly thanks to Modlily.com you give me such an amazing services. Do not buy anything from modlily.com - they are an overseas company (China) and none of the pictures they show are real. They steal the pictures from other websites and even people's Instagram accounts. If you receive your order at all, it won't be what you expected. Thank God I used PayPal! They took my money right away but never sent my order. I had to open a dispute with PayPal and it took 15 days from the day I placed my order for them to even send it, and that was only after they realized I wasn't backing down. Too many people have been ripped off & it's not right, this site needs to be shut down!
I received a item that was nothing like the picture.It also had a bad odor to it. They do not give you American size option only Asian, without any indication. I will never buy direct from a Asian company again!

We have been devoting to offer good products with low price, but it maybe up to your expectation. So you could return anything you want, under the condition it's in original condition. Postal service is a good way to return, and I suppose it’s not much expensive. After we get the return package, 100% refund will be issued.

I ordered a top from this company, which took about five weeks to arrive. When it finally arrived, the quality was astoundingly poor and it ran about three or four sizes too small. The material was so thin and cheap it was like tissue paper. The company is uncommunicative. I have filed a claim with PayPal asking for a full refund, and they company replied with an offer to return 50% of my order (?). I refused and said I want 100% refund plus return postage and they have not replied through PayPal yet, and this is about five days later. I will never do business with this company again.

I ordered this swimsuit and decided against the bottoms because i already have a suitable bottom. I was supposed to be getting charged for the top and reimbursed for the bottom. Now I'm being told my order is cancelled. If the bottoms come with the top then they should not be separately priced, you should only be asking what size you would like. Having them separately priced gives the customer the impression they have options which is misleading.
Looks just like the picture because all the pictures are taken by the seller. The products are really of some high quality for a reasonable price. I have ordered many clothes from this site and very satisfied with the quality. This would definitely a nice site you can trust in.
The sizes run extremely small. When trying to return, it takes forever to finally get through. I returned my items, $82 worth, seven weeks ago and still haven't seen the refund. They have no phone number to call. You press the live chat and all that is is answers to commonly asked questions. I can't even say terrible customer service because there is no customer service! Give your $$ to a panhandler. It will get better use!

I did not buy this dress myself I received this dress from a really great guy friend for my birthday. I feel the need to write a review tho because I absolutely love it! Its so comfortable and very flattering. Awesome summer dress. Oh and the fabric is super soft.
I could not fault the response that I had from customer service. Not sure but Sunshine was who I had an email from. The Item I'd ordered was held up by the shut down in Shanghai. Quickly changed for one in stock. Very grateful as my holiday is due soon.
I ordered $200 worth of clothes thinking I was going to get a discount. So far, one item was not available and the other items are still not delivered. I continue to get emails offering discounts but I can't buy more until I've received what I ordered it last month.
Ordered a sweater, to wear on Christmas, on December 2nd. Didn't arrive until February! This thing fits like a tent, except the sleeves on the upper arm are tight. Worst piece of garbage I have ever received! Will never buy from them, or any of their sister companies, again. I warn everybody I can to read the reviews before throwing their money away!

After receiving my package, all products beautiful and of high quality, I realised two shirts didn't fit, I contacted customer service who were very quick to reply and address my problem. A refund was issued after the shirts were returned. Customer service kept in touch at all times! Definitely recommend!
Ordered merchandise and never received it. Made every effort to contact them to ask where is merchandised. They can sent you an email conformation that payment was received and when you try to show payment was received but there is no tracking number or anything has been sent you get no help. Then to beat all they want me to write a review so I can receive 3 dollars. So here goes don't buy anything customer service SUCKS and they wont refund you your money. If by any chance they give me my whole 3 dollars for this review now I only lost 25 dollars.
I ordered 3 tops. 2 of them were so small (I'd guess 3 sizes smaller than marked) that I couldn't even try them on. I was clean and refolded them on a clean surface before putting them back in the original packaging so there is no way I could have done any damage to them. However, after I returned them I received an email that they were only refunding part of my purchase because the items were either stained or damaged. Obviously the company is not legitimate so don't throw away your money.
Dont do Bussiness with this company unless you are desperate. They will not do returns, they pretend like they are a computer (that doesn't communicate well in English) & ping pong messages back and forth. The clothing is poorly made material that doesn't ever fit well, look right or last long. Bye bye modlily. Never again.

Quality terrible cheap and nasty, they lied for 2 weeks as to my order did not dispatch as item our of stock told me it had been dispatched when I asked for a refund, finally dispatched after constant messages to cancel order, now they want me to pay return postage and 40% order value for an order that is 4 weeks late and I asked to cancel! Lying cheating Scum, do yourself a favour and do not use them

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!

We have been providing free shipping and high quality products all over the world. Some customers may not like them, but they have right to return and get a refund.
There are many bad reviews not written by real customers, but fraud competitors. We really despise it.
