They are liars, anytime you go on live chat it says it is not available at this time. If you put in a request to return something they never respond. There is no number for customer service and there sizing is all over the place.

I recently ordered a few items but one did not meet your requirements for "pre-order" and I was due a refund.

I ordered a swimming suit with expedited shipping over a week ago... Should have been delivered in 4 to 6 days. It still hasn't even shipped. I have "urged shipping" multiple times and just get the same stupid message. I try to call the number on the site only to never be able to get through! So frustrated!

I wish I had read these review first... I think it is unreasonable for you to force a customer to keep items they can't use and then only want to refund 20-30% of what they spent. I will never buy anything else from your company ever again. This is the worst company to buy from. You will be stuck with items that don't fit as described in their sizing chart. No refunds no matter what the case! STOP! DON'T! BUY!

I was a little dubious to place my initial order with ModLily after checking some reviews on various consumer sites. I decided to go ahead and was pleasantly surprised to receive my order so quickly here in New Zealand. I ordered on 13 /09/22 and it arrived 19/09/22. Goods were as expected ( style, colour, size) and I am very happy. I've just placed a second order.

Ordered 2 bathing suits on February 6th. Finally came yesterday (March 22). Don't take the free shipping because they really do put your order on a slow boat from China. Plus the bathing suits were cheap and not worth the wait.

This is a terrible company to buy from. Clothes smell like the most toxic chemicals, they don't look like the pictures and the sizes all completely wrong! They also don't refund! I've been working on a refund now for 2 months and they just drag it out forever so I will stop bothering them! BEWARE!

I was pleasantly surprised when this item came in. Looks and fits much nicer than I was expecting. It can be worn with jeans for a casual look or with slacks for work attire. I would recommend to all my friends.

Extremely disappointing to say the least. Not only did it take 20 days to get here-should have known they are coming from China-the quality is cheap and flimsy. One top was not as ordered and the photos look MUCH better than the actual garments. And they are way overpriced for what you get. Never again.

I have never been disappointed with my purchases at Modlily. With the selection they have and they sizes most people need. If you check out their clearance/sale section off season you can really get some great deals. I highly recommend it.

I ordered two bathing suit tops from you guys last year with underwire and I did size up so I do recommend that. They fit great have had absolutely no problem with them whatsoever. The material is amazing and store quality and the prices are really reasonable. Thank you guys for such a great experience!

I really liked a dress on the modlily site... but thank goodness I did my homework before ordering it. What terrible reviews... not one good one... well there is on the Web site... lies me thinks. So thank you to all the poor customers who have been ripped off for taking the time to write your reviews... I read them all and have saved some money

I bought 2 bathing suits the same size. One fit, the other was enormous and obviously mis-sized. They refused to let me return it and only thru pay-pal did I get only half my money refunded. Thru are a terrible company.

I've never been disappointed in the quality of the things I've ordered and received. Sometimes it takes a couple weeks to receive, but the quality is worth it.
