It took me 2 months & a ton of hassle to finally receive my product. It didn't come close to fitting! I ordered by their sizing & one item is 1 size too small, the other about 4 sizes too small. The quality was really bad. They offered me 40% credit to keep the items or pay for the return to Asia myself. So I paid $30 for the 'pleasure' of trying their product! Wonder how long, or even if I'll ever get my partial refund.
I'm very happy with Modlily clothes. They are really cute. But there are a couple of problems with the sizing and delivery. Each item is sized a little differently. Even though I always check the size guide sometimes the items don't fit when I receive them. Also, shipping takes a very long time before you finally receive your order.
No Star Rating! I would not recommend this site. Sizing was way off. Won't give me address to return and offered only 30% credit. Nearly a week of emails and they still havent resolved refund. Last msg says we will dispatch order asap? What Order? Do not buy from Modlily. Wish is a very good site and cheaper. Refund happily and you do not have to return item.
I ordered a sweater for my wife for Christmas on 11/27/22 and today is 12/22/22 and I have yet to receive my product. The product is still showing departing the airport for the Post Office as of 12/7/22 but has never arrived (supposed to deliver to me no later than 12/14/22). The only way to resolve issues is to contact the company through their online ticketing system and it takes 24 hours for them to respond. I have sent numerous messages and am told to just be patient and give it a few more days. I then requested a refund and was told that I would need to refuse the sweater and then once they received it back, they would issue a refund. How can I refuse a shipment that I will never receive? I would advise to stay away from this company as they have terrible customer service and utilize low budget carriers to transport their shipments. Horrible experience and I have never written a review like this before and have ordered hundreds of items online.
I wish I would have read reviews first. Modlily offered $3.00 for a positive review. You've got to be kidding! You have to get permission to return anything, plus shipping overseas is expensive. It's not worth it! An expensive lesson! NEVER buy from China!

I ordered a swimsuit from this site beginning of April, still not heard anything from them. My money was of course taken straight away. No way of e mailing them or contacting them either! From reading comments on here I doubt if I will receive it. I do hope to receive it.

First of all, sorry for any inconvenience that it may bring. We always send orders in the time frame we promised, 1-4 working days, but if you purchased pre-sale item, it takes a much longer time.
The delivery period depends on the shipping method you choose. If you choose flat rate shipping, it’s quite slow and generally 2-3 weeks of delivery. Standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks, and expedited shipping is as fast as 3 days delivery.

Modlily is a five-star online fashion store in my heart. I have ordered several things from them and I'm addicted. There are a lot of products which can satisfy every customer and everyday you find new items for very attractive prices. Any time I contact customer service there very friendly and helpful.
Fast, no fuss, easy to order and true to size! Great to deal with!
Very pleased w/products (pricey but nice) & delivery. I did receive confusing texts about my not having cleared my shopping cart/bag, when I had in fact, done so; which I confirmed per PC to your customer service #, & spoke w/a helpful lady who stated my order was indeed on its way to me, & the text was just advertising. I would prefer to not get those texts.
The website is easy to use but once you connect you receive numerous emails daily...all with differing specials and deals.
I received 3 of my 6 items within 2 weeks of ordering. All were packaged well and true to size and as described on website. (2 piece bathing suit, white waffle and lace cold shoulder top and a blue patterned chiffon and slip dress) I'm usually amazed at the quality of the bathing suits, compared with other top brand suits that fell apart with exposure to the pool.

This website takes pictures from real websites and tries to create the clothes. The clothes are cheap, not at all what was pictured. I ordered a large, and was sent something that would fit a very small person. After a lot of hassle, they did return my money!
Fits perfect to the shape of my body and the color is beautiful. Was shipped as promised and came quickly.
Honestly, you get what you paid for. I ordered 4-5 day shipping I think and in small letters under it, it said (processing time not included.) Still haven't gotten anything and it's been weeks. I don't know why my hopes were high. Someone I knew recommended it but this is honestly the worst service. I cannot wait to receive clothing that is too small or big for me. I honestly hope for it to be small because I got to lose some weight anyways but, I am getting off topic. I would probably not recommend to a friend.
It fits perfectly on me! The beige color is so beautiful and even better than I thought. Surprisingly good quality material and thick enough to wear out in Spring or Autumn. I am totally in love with this dress! So just order your regular size. It is fabulous!
This company seems to not care about helping customers if the order is messed up or the clothing item doesn't fit. I would never buy a product from modlily again. Phone numbers do not work and the return information is virtually impossible to follow. Save yourself the headache!

I needed warm weather workout wear and, as a rule, I do not wear traditional tee-shirts. I have never liked how they fit or look on me - especially the neckline. This top, however, is wonderful. Perfect fit, perfect cut, nice drape... I feel good wearing it. Highly recommend!
I just love Modlily.It provides good return policy and customer service, good deals in the last acts. There are various style of clothes that I am really fond of. Modlily has become one of my favorite website abd I would shop more at Modlily than any other store.
Wish I had investigated this company more. I bought a bathing suit and it could fit a doll instead of plus sized woman. What a joke. Told I cant have my money back because it would cost me too much to mail the garment back. They will be happy to issue a store credit. Seriously? Like I would ever buy from them again. Took 3 weeks for the garment to arrive. CRAP CRAP
