This company seems to not care about helping customers if the order is messed up or the clothing item doesn't fit. I would never buy a product from modlily again. Phone numbers do not work and the return information is virtually impossible to follow. Save yourself the headache!
I needed warm weather workout wear and, as a rule, I do not wear traditional tee-shirts. I have never liked how they fit or look on me - especially the neckline. This top, however, is wonderful. Perfect fit, perfect cut, nice drape... I feel good wearing it. Highly recommend!
I just love Modlily.It provides good return policy and customer service, good deals in the last acts. There are various style of clothes that I am really fond of. Modlily has become one of my favorite website abd I would shop more at Modlily than any other store.
Wish I had investigated this company more. I bought a bathing suit and it could fit a doll instead of plus sized woman. What a joke. Told I cant have my money back because it would cost me too much to mail the garment back. They will be happy to issue a store credit. Seriously? Like I would ever buy from them again. Took 3 weeks for the garment to arrive. CRAP CRAP
Looks just like the picture. Can't wait until i go on vacation to wear it! It really surprise me. Sizing was perfect, design is cute, the material was comfortable. I choose my favorite color. All around a good buy!
Modlily is my go-to site for all my clothes! I used to buy at the big department stores like Nordstrom or H&M, but on a friends' recommendation found Modlily. It is literally a fashion guru's heaven! The prices are unable to be beat- I found a homecoming dress that would have been upwards of $150 for $30 on Modlily and was complimented on it all night. Not to mention, because a lot of people don't know about this gem, no one else had my dress! Now, Modlily is where I get all of my clothes. It's inexpensive with an expensive quality and I love the style. I could literally spend hours on this site :)
I purchased 2 dresses. One didn't look good on me so I returned it! I was a bit nervous about returning because I don't order on line very much and I'm technically challenged. But all has worked out well!
Almost a month since I placed an order, received no response when I questioned the tracking link that does not work. I doubt I will ever receive my purchase. Do not waste your time doing business with this company.

I really liked this dress. I usually range between a small and medium. After reading other reviews, I ordered the medium and it's a great fit. It's loose enough to be casual and tight enough to be form flattering. The material is also way thicker, which I'm happy about. I was worried it would be that cheap, thin material that stretched out after 2 minutes of wearing, but that's not the case. I plan on ordering in several more colors. Will look great with boots and tight come fall!

I have ordered four different times from mod lily and have been extremely happy with each item. The fit, material and overall quality are excellent! I receive compliments every time I wear one of their tops and they feel so luxurious to wear. I also love looking through their online catalogue for my next order.
Do not order from them... they say shipped within 3-5 days... A month later, and it states NOT SHIPPED! BUT they took my money! Phone number does NOT work... noone answers emails! Cannot get in touch with anyone for help! I ordered a bathing suit! I am out 30.00 JERKS SCAM! Philadelphia, PA
The product I bought was excellent quality, but did not fit me well. ModLily made it very easy to exchange it or refund it. Excellent customer service.
Yes. I keep contacting ModLily (submitting a ticket on line) for an "authorized return to correct address" and the replies I receive never have an address. I have never had such poor customer service. I will NEVER order from ModLily again. After reading some reviews, sounds like I'm out of luck and just lost my money. Oh well, live and learn. Guess I will take clothing items to Good Will and hope someone enjoys them.

I needed to return my swimsuits, either too small or too big...I was very happy with the results. Customer service worked with me and helped me with the return process.
Shame on me for not checking reviews first and I should've known that I get what I pay for. It has been over a month since I placed an order and still haven't received it. The tracker says it's in China, support your local businesses and stay clear of this scam!
I had placed an order by mistake, and needed to cancel it. I really was impressed with your customer service, my issue was promptly resolved in a timely matter. I can honestly say that they have one of the best customer service representatives I've encountered. I love the clothes along with the great deals Modlily has. I will be ordering again!
It took 6 weeks for my order to arrive. Kept writing back and forth with customer service. Their policy is to refund 50% of cost if shipment does not arrive by promised date. They got around that by changing the promised delivery date 3 times. Finally got my items but no 50% refund. Will stick to ordering from reputable USA companies from now on.
I purchased swim shorts and an tankini set in my order. I loved the swim shorts and when I was not satisfied with the tankini set ModLily tried their best to help. I received a partial refund and was able to keep the tankini set, which I will see if I can find someone else it will fit. You do not get shipping covered if you return an item so it is not worth sending back for a refund. I appreciate that ModLily did compensate me for the item I was unsatisfied with.
After placing my order for 3 swimsuits on a monday, i read the reviews on the sizes and how they fit on Wednesday and realized i may have ordered the wrong size. Checking their website for contacting Modlilly, there was an option to "change size". I was ecstatic! And i was contacted within 12 hours that it was done before being shipped out! Can't wait to receive them! They are all so cute and so affordable! Thank you for excellent customer service!
