Your return policy is not true to its word. You say 30 day money back guarantee, but you credit it back to your companies account not to the clients visa company. I would never recommend you to anyone because I've been spending more Online chats and got nowhere. Repetitive answers. No resolution.
The clothes are a good quality. Run true to size. Lots of different choices and colors. People tell me that my top is beautiful. The next thing they say is where did you get it from. Do tell them and go ahead and order on line.
Poor quality clothing, horrible customer service and return policy. Would only offer me 30% refund when I wanted to return a defective dress! The panels of black on the dress are 2 different colors and material. Only able to email them, no customer service phone number. This company is a scam!
I ordered 4 bathing suits and they are top notch material. I accidentally ordered one suit in the wrong size but plan on exchanging it for the correct size. The others fit so well and they are the best material.

This review may not be completely fair as I have not purchased from them under this new name. But judging by the reviews and behavior I could al, post guarantee they are the same Hong Kong outfit disguising them as being from the UK or some other location and doing the exact same thing a number of other companies with very similar names have been doing that stole from me. Unbelievably good, but if they deliver anything to you it will be nothing like what you ordered (doll clothes nylon material), non existent customer support and no way to directly contact them or find out where the crap is coming from. Ads always look the same, different company name same endless complaints. We should all demand our money back from Google. They have been allowing this international company rip people off through their ads for years. Disgrace. I have stopped clicking on any Google ad. Cant trust them.
Ordered linen-felt like burlap. Finger went right through thin material. One XL item fits my size 8 daughter.

Don't trust anything they say. Got a ticket number and we mail after email but did not reimburse me.
Terrible quality (word doesn't even belong here), NO quality, NO service.
Ordered on 4/13 and credit card charged that day.
Order SHIPPED 5/11 - almost one month later.
Website says 3-5 days processing. Should read 3-5 WEEKS.

Nervous about buying two swimsuits from this site, having bad experiences with other online stores.and was pleasantly surprised. Suits both fit perfectly and shipping was quick. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
I ordered and they took my money over 3 weeks ago. I have submitted 2 tickets, in which nobody has replied. Order says latest date for delivery would be today, 8-11-17. Still not here, tracking number doesn't tell you anything... Pretty certain I got ripped off too.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
