The order, when it arrived was great, good fit and material. The only downside was the length of time it took to arrive, so if you can wait then no problem, but if you want the clothes for a special occasion then you will have to order well in advance.

It didn't take that long to get my order. They kept me posted on the tracking of the delivery. When I got my order it was packed well. The tops are very nice. Got a lot of compliments on them. My neighbor had me order her one like I was wearing. She got it today and fit perfectly. I will order again.

The clothes were delivered on time, and are of high quality. I haven't worn them, so can't speak to their longevity. One top is too big and will have to be sent back. I've done this once before, and wish the return was easier, but it did go smoothly.

I was very pleased with the quality and style of the bathing suit. But more pleased with the service in exchanging for a different size. And the return label for exchange.

I had an excellent experience with Modlily. The delivery on all items but one was efficient. Communication one the last item could have been better. However, the last item was received.

I ordered 2 bathing suits from the app. I added an available 10% off coupon. When the purchase went through the discount didn't show up. I contacted Modlily customer service through the app and the representative stated she would have to ask her manager to apply the 10% discount to my original method of payment. She responded quickly and professionally. One of the responses has her name as "Sunshine". I would try to get her again if I had issues with the app.

It was very difficult to contact Modlily.
In the end, I did get what I wanted.
My initial order was in April and the correct item arrived yesterday July 19th
