I've been waiting for my package but I was informed that there is incorrect postage and won't be delivered to me unless I send a snap shot of something which I don't know how to do so how am I supposed to get it now? Very unhappy with the site!

At first I was very happy. I purchased 2 swimsuits with the idea I would choose between them and return one of them. I don't have a computer/printer to print the return label and just trying to get the return address is like opening "Fort Knox"! ModLily has made it so difficult I looked for a customer service phone number but found nothing. I guess I'm stuck with the second suit. I won't be using ModLily again!
Bathing suits were perfect and true to size.
Cover up was very small, sent it back for a larger size, and it has been close to 4 weeks.
And still waiting to receive it. ModLily acknowledged my exchange.

Their swim suits are great! I'm plus size because of large bust time. The XXL two piece sport short style suits are great. Bust support is decent and shorts aren't gigantic because I needed a larger top. Takes a bit to receive your order.
I ordered two bathing suits last month. The colors are vibrant and the quality is outstanding. Unfortunately they didn't fit my body-type. The customer service was top-notch & they're allowing me to return the bathing suits. I will definitely be finding something else to replace them as I loved the quality and colors. Plus... they offer great deals!
