I ordered 2 bathing suits from the app. I added an available 10% off coupon. When the purchase went through the discount didn't show up. I contacted Modlily customer service through the app and the representative stated she would have to ask her manager to apply the 10% discount to my original method of payment. She responded quickly and professionally. One of the responses has her name as "Sunshine". I would try to get her again if I had issues with the app.

It was very difficult to contact Modlily.
In the end, I did get what I wanted.
My initial order was in April and the correct item arrived yesterday July 19th

Been waiting on an order it was expedited several times as a rush but it hasn't been until I talked to this person on chat. Now it looks or seems it has been rushed. I hope I get it before the end of June.

It was easy to place my order. Items arrived in a reasonable time. I loved the 2 shirts and 3 pairs of earrings that I ordered. The shirts fit well and are flattering.

I shopped Modlily's excellent buys and found way too many things I wanted to purchase for me. I was able to get many of these cute items because of their deep discounts, incentives, and coupons. I saved a lot of money and in 17 days, I got my order. I cannot tell you how happy I am with what I got, both jewelry and clothing pieces. I will be ordering from Modlily again. They have cool looking things that receive many complements when worn.

I can't praise Modlily enough for how easy it is to order/return. I have been more than satisfied with everything I have received. The fabrics, the quality, the price, the experience. It is well worth the effort!

I bought two swimsuits from ModLily! This was my first purchase! The suits are cute and fit perfectly! One was a one piece and the other was a top and bottom! I will not hesitate to buy from this company again! I ordered medium and the fit is true to size!

I purchased 4 swim suits and they are beautiful, true to size and what I expected. But I had to wait 5 weeks to receive them.
I messaged customer service on the where abouts of my package. Alice was fantastic and said she will have my order pushed along and I received it at my home in 3 days.
The package contained only two suits. A week later I received the other two suits. Quality is amazing. But if you need your order for an event, order well ahead of time.

After some confusion about which item I was for refund and returning to exchange, the issue was quickly reviewed and straightened out.
