Modlily is without a doubt, hands down, the best place for anyone that loves dress! They literally have anything and everything that your heart could ever desire. I honestly cannot get enough of shopping at Modlily. I have been shopping there for years and years and I have never been disappointed with any of my experiences with them.
It was my very 1st order that was supposed to be no postage charge yet I had to pay a small amount ($4.06) to pick it up.
I then had to exchange an item due to size and had trouble getting return label printed.
When item got back I was informed I had to pay postage to get the correct size item sent.
I asked for a refund on postage I already paid on original shipment. Customer service adjusted postage, but I messed up when I went to PayPal (as guest) and paid the full $9.99 amount. Customer service again took care of it and issued a refund to PayPal on my credit card.
As you can probably tell I rarely shop online for anything, but this great customer service is why I would purchase from modlily again.
Haven't received package. Ordered 3 weeks ago and paid expedited shipping which stated I would receive in 10 days. Have tried their online chat twice and today (June 15th) received email stating order shipped and should arrive between June 3rd-June 7th. How is that possible? Online chat gave me a tracking # today which I checked tracking and label was just issued. DO NOT pay extra for shipping. It is non refundable and does not help.
I'm very happy! I have purchased and received 7 shirts so far from ModLily. They are all true to size (true to the Size chart). And they don't shrink in the washer or dryer and come out of the dryer with No wrinkles! I'm very happy with ModLily products!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered an item correctly from their sizing chart and when it came it felt 3 sizes too small. I wanted to return the item for a refund and it was a back and forth debate with modlilly trying to say it was my fault the item did not fit, I did not research sizing well enough, which I did. After 5 emails back and forth, I'm done... keep the item... it was made out of very cheap material not worth the headache of dealing with this company. Final outcome... I am out money for a shirt that I will never wear!
I've placed three orders so far and have received 2 of them. Third one shipped already. The clothes I have already received are exactly as pictured and the fit is right on target. I'm in the United States and was leery of how the fit was going to be. It is accurate! The quality is amazing and I'm going to be ordering more when I can afford it! Love ModLily! Thank you!
This is a scam company. The clothes you see online will not be the clothes that you receive. When you look at the four and five star reviews most of them come from non-English speaking people. I assume theyre from Chinese people who work for the company or are related to the company in some way. This is a common practice to hopefully override some of the legitimate bad reviews. Do not buy from this company ever.
I ordered three dresses 4 months ago and two of them have not arrived by July.
The one that did arrive did not fit. Tried to contact the company to arrange a refund and return as well as to track down the other two dresses. Have received no response from the company.
Definitely will not order from this company again and hope to some-day be able to get my money back for the ones that have not arrived and the one that I am trying to return.
Will be reporting the company for Credit Card fraud tomorrow.

These people say all the right things, sound so sweet and then they LIE LIE LIE! I tried on the tops, didn't fit, put them back in the package and returned them. They said they were worn and stained! UNTRUE! What a ripoff! Do not buy especially if you have to return. I'm contacting the BBB. Incredible. Is this an Asian company?
This is a zero rating website. I made a purchase on their website on April 6 and today is May 8 - After More than one month, I have not received the items. I have shopped on Modlily.com for many times. I really love the styles on Modlily. The T-shirt I received this time really beyond my expectation! The quality is great and the fabric is stretchy. Thanks so much for such good items. I will definitely shop again.
I was excited to see so many fun and unique tops and dresses at reasonable prices. But the reality was very different. I ordered 2 tops and 1 dress. The tops were cheap looking and one felt like wearing a plastic bag. But the biggest disappointment was the dress. The color, which looked red on the site, was actually pink. And the quality of the materials and workmanship was also cheap! Had planned to wear it to a wedding but now, I'm back to shopping. Save your money and time. And btw, it took a month to get the two tops!

Probably my favorite of what I ordered. The material is very stretchy, I love this dress. My boy friend helped me to choose, I received many compliments. The only regret is it's a little bit short, maybe I should choose a larger dress. Glad I did.
Everything on this site runs about 2 sizes smaller than the conversion chart says. If you contact them for a return, you may or may not get a response. If you do and want to return it, they suggest to keep the item and they will give you a 20% credit because the shipping to send it back is expensive. If you do return the item, they will only give you 60% credit.
I ordered 3 tops from your buisness for christmas unfortunatley they were a little late arriving but well worth the wait they are fabulous the comfort and look is so nice I love them and will be ordering more
I sent some stuff back because I didn't like the way they looked on me, and was told I had missed the 30-day return window. ModLily were very courteous but kept saying that they could not issue a refund. The ticket system to communicate with them was very easy to use and after I asked them to take a second look, they acknowledged that it had been their error and promptly issued my refund. They were very apologetic and I really appreciate that it was so easy to contact them and then that they were able to review and recognize their error. I wish all online retailers were so easy to speak to!
Although I haven't received my order yet I will say this company has great cunstomer service and fast order fulfillment. It takes a little while for the product to reach you but as long as you plan ahead this shouldn't be a problem. I had a second order that, unfortunately, was cancelled because they were out of stock. They refunded me almost immediately. You can't complain about that.
Overall I am sure I will purchase from them again and would recommend them to others.

I would be willing to bet the good reviews about Modlily came from Modlily scammers themselves I can't see some one posting the pictures of a dress they ordered and a dusty they got instead more over they had to go through hell to get something they didn't even order so what about all these other people saying they haven't gotten their order at all

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
