I was reluctant about ordering swimsuits online. Ends up it was a great experience. I purchases several and they all came in the same package probably within a week. Nothing was missing and ALL of it fit well. Seems like they are all made well. We'll see how they weather the beach and ocean.

I ordered from the site prior to reading all the reviews, when I received the item I purchased was a bit skeptical in even opening the package. For the price I paid I found it fine, possibly a little neater in the fit than I thought but it still looks very good. The colour, style, everything was as the picture and the material is a chiffon and as good as you get for the price. I am very happy and will order again.

I ordered three bathing suits. Quality was cheap and when I tried to get the return address/ ticket needed to return them! Well I am still waiting! UGH! Never again will I use them. Siam was not to true size. Well I will give them away at this point since it has been a month trying to return these items NEVER AGAIN
It looks just as pictured and flows in a lovely way down close to my knees. I weigh 150 and my height is 5'3, I ordered a medium and it fits perfectly. It took just a day to ship and only two weeks to arrive to my house. I am very happy with my order and are thinking about buying the purple and black floral dress.
I like this suit, though I am not one to wear it together like pictured. The top is too big, but I will get that tailored and the fabric seems to be good enough. I hope the black color doesn't get drained out of it quickly though because the fabric is thin.
I ordered a small. Perfect! I have like six of them now and wear them all the time - with sandals or heels or dressy flip flops or big earrings or fun necklaces. I get compliments every time I wear this dress! It looks and feels so comfortable. Have fun, ladies!
My order was delayed, and I was notified promptly. There was apparently an issue with the US shipping partner, but it was quickly resolved by customer service and I did receive my items by the promised delayed delivery date. I will probably order again. I am very pleased with the products I received - very good value for the price.

Make sure you order the correct size because you will not get your full refund back. They will give you half of your money back plus tell you to keep the item that you cant fit. I will never order from this company again because they are a rip off.

One of my colleagues recommended this site to me one day. My garment arrived well within the suggested time. The fabric is good and the workmanship is excellent. Their products are genuine and the prices are super great. Their customer service both before and after buying anything is out of this world.
All I can rate on is ordering, receiving and quality. I have been 100% satisfied with all three. I hate having to wait three weeks for a order, however it is what it is. Quality has been great, fitting was perfect and ordering was easy. As for returning, I have not returned anything so I can't rate that area.
Unable to make a return! Website provides guidelines (which are met) and clear instruction for returns but the link to the form does not work! I have tried to contact ModLil via phone, email and live chat (which seems not to work either) but have not received any responses. Extremely Frustrated with the LACK of customer service!
I ordered a small amount of clothes just to make sure the site is reliable and it came in perfectly! The clothes are really pretty and just as they look on the pictures! It also came in the perfect size, and it only took a week to arrive! I'm going to order more in the future! Love it

The orders said originally that they would be here no later than April 18,2022 and it is now April 20th and do not see where it has shipped or any orders being taken care of. The website is easy to maneuver and set up nicely. The bathing suits I bought were so nice and quite different from what is in the stores around me. They can in within two weeks. The mail process was snail mail.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
