Poor quality, terrible slow customer service, horrible return policy.

I ordered 4 things on Modlily. Two were of reasonable, not great, quality but smaller than expected according to my usual size, and therefore useless. Two were of such poor quality I wouldn't wear them. I wanted to return all.

That began months of excruciatingly slow communication through a third party, if you could call it communication, beginning with tell us why you didn't like it. The eventual outcome was that I could send the clothes back to China if I wished for a refund minus their shipping costs to me (they couldn't tell me the amount - more delay while I tried to find out) and mine back; or I could get a small percentage of my money back and keep clothes I couldn't wear. After looking into shipping costs, with no guarantee the package would reach its destination, I opted for the small refund. Getting the refund presented the next problem and more time went by while I was asked several times to be patient, which actually I was.

If you're a gambler and you like what you think you see, try this company: just be prepared to order two sizes bigger than you think and expect to keep whatever it is you receive no matter what. But if you want to be sure not to waste money or hours of your time, I suggest you avoid this company.

So easy to order and you get coupons! The clothing is very nice and comfortable. I also purchased some earrings, and they are stunning. Good prices and I receive my order quickly.

The apparel arrived in a timely manner, nicely packaged. The deal was excellent and the clothes came to my house soon and good quality. I will want to buy in Modlily again!

I had no problems with the ordering process, I received my order ahead of my scheduled delivery date and the item ordered was exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be ordering from ModLily again!

Around the 1st of November, I ordered a top from Modlily for my grandaughter for Christmas, and it never arrived. They accepted my payment through PayPal and I received notice that it had been shipped so I waited and waited and waited, still no delivery!
So I went to their website to speak with someone about my order, they have no phone number so you have to send an email explaining he problem. I proceeded to do that and they asked for the order # which I filled in and it came up that that was an improper number, so I rechecked it twice more to no avail. It would not let me advance any further.
I could not call them, I couldn't sent them an email, my hands were tied.
This company is a mess, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM,

The items I ordered were beautiful, good quality, and fit perfectly.

True to size, affordable. I love their styles and variety. Very cute!
