Saddled with inferior clothing that costs more to return and poor customer service. They make a living by selling 1x and that's it. Oh, by inferior, if you like clothing made of shiny flag material, this place is for you.
I was leery of ordering from ModLily, but am SO glad I did! Not only did I find the perfect wedding dress for me, it was delivered in a timely fashion and fits beautifully!

I ordered this swimsuit for an upcoming trip to the beach. The colors are bright and vibrant and I'm happy to see the medium fits me well! It's to too snug or big!
Wish I had done more research before I ordered. I only ordered because the website made it sound like no hassle returns. I received everything I ordered but nothing fit right and contacted them immediately to process a return. Received an email back offering a 50% refund if I would just keep the product. In the same email it said that if I was not wanting to keep the items they would send me an RA number and the address to use for returning. I responded right away that I wanted a full refund. I have not heard anything since. There is no phone number to call or email to try to be in touch with them. I'm sure they will say I have waited too long. I have been trying weekly to get this resolved but I don't know how else to proceed!

Just received my products. I had ordered jewelry. The quality of each and every product is very good. The designs are trendy and unique. The website also keeps updating stocks very often. My package took exactly 2 weeks to reach me, which is fast considering the shipment is from China. I am very satisfied and will definitely order again.

It is a beautiful dress, perfect for summer. Just like shown on picture. Due to the low price I was expecting some kind of cheap material, but I got so surprised when I saw the good quality of this dress, It does not look cheap at all.
I love this top... beautiful color and very nice material quality... flows nicely! For the price it is a must have. Dress it up or down with you whatever your color skirt, pants or jeans and jewelry, and shoes of course and you are set to go.

I placed an expedited order on 3/9/16 and my shipment hasn't been shipped. I've created many tickets and no one has contacted me. This was my first time shopping online and thanks to Modlily and Rosewe I'll never shop online again. I just want my money back
Ordered 3 items to the UK - they arrived after 10 days. The sizing is way out - totally inaccurate so there is reason 1 for returning. Secondly one of the items had a large stain on the back. Customer service is terrible - yes they are polite but offering me 25% refund and thats the max is ridiculous when it clearly states in the returns section they offer a full refund on faulty or damaged goods. I pushed for a full refund and they stated that to post back to China was expensive, the clothes are only cheap and it will not benefit them if I send them back! The clothes may be cheap but i spent £40 and I want it refunding as the goods are no good to me either! This is still ongoing as I know my rights about ordering online and the refund policy

Please kindly note that the size of this item is based on Asian size and generally it runs small. And there is a size chart for each item under the product information. So please make sure you have checked size chart and measurements before purchase.
In this way, if the size is not fit, you can return for exchange or return. Please update your ticket and asking for return address.
Had a couple refunds and only one posted. Live chat has helped with the issue so we will see if it gets done. So far good help now if it just gets finished. Hopefully i can post a review in the near future that it was handled
Honest seller! Given the price I had pretty low expectations but I was pleasantly surprised at how flattering the product from this site. They really sell high quality items with reasonable price. It is really kind of the seller. Just make sure the size when you ordering. You can also ask the customer service for help if you are confused with the size chart.
I will never buy anything from this company again. I want to return 2 swimsuits that were made in China, very poorly in fact, and no matter which way I try to contact them i do not get a call back or an email to go through. I am starting to think it is a scam the way that I am getting nowhere. I have never experienced something like this before.
After reading some reviews I got shocked! Why they posted negative feedback I just can't understand. I ordered a blue necklace for my younger sister and they sent more than I wanted. Although it has been difficult to get the right sizes for sum, I use their direction for measure and consider the reviews and material content.

Ordered middle of December. Just came today. The item stinks. After seeing reviews I doubt that trying to return it is worth the effort. It is a convoluted process. I'll just take the loss and chalk it up to a learning experience. But I can warn others to stay FAR away from this rip off joint.
Everything looked great until I started trying them on. One was cut to low for my taste. I can sew in a little lace and it will be fine. Two didn't fit just right but I may have to lose a little weight. One was perfect if you like very long sleeves. I can cuff them.
I have had the worst customer experience with this company. I order 2 items and wanted to return them. I sent in for a return and I thought I was going to get a return label. Nothing has come. I can't find a phone number or even see my items on their website any longer to see what happened. It is very upsetting that there is not a real person to talk to and you just have to go through prompts. I have submitted 3 times a "ticket" and no answers back. Do not put yourself through this with this company. There are other companies to order from.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
