My order was lost with the carrier. Modlily looked into it, communicated with the carrier and me, finally located my order and got it moving. The late arrival had nothing to do with Modlily, in fact, Modily fixed the issue for me. I am now wearing my purchase and getting many compliments on it.
It is July 7th... I have been emailing with Modlily Customer Support since June 22nd.
Modlily messed up my address so the clothing I ordered was never delivered. It was returned to them on June 22nd. I have been asking Modlily for either a refund or to send me the items again. They never answer my question. They keep telling me to return the items for a 60% refund. I keep telling them that the items were returned and that I should not have to pay for their mistakes. They keep repeating the same questions.
DO NOT BUY from this company! They do not have an easy 30 day return policy. The customer service people are obviously not reading the entire email.
If you value your sanity and money, stay away!

Really stylish wear with prices to suit everyone. Good selection & good quality, but sometimes which there was more choice of colour.
I received 2 dresses in my first order that fit great! The fabric wasn't as expected but nonetheless the dresses fit and look great on. And I think they are true to size. I wear L and some XL depending on the material and cut so I ordered XLs to be safe and they fit well even with a little extra room they're not too big.
I ordered two bathing suits and five tops from this company all in the same size. The items were either two big or two small. Some tops appeared to be petite sizes. The cup sizes on the bathing suits were small on one and XL on the other. One swim suit had no bottoms. There were two shipments. One took almost three weeks and the other took five weeks. In order to return items you need to send them to China with many restrictions. In lieu of returning the items, I was offered a 50% refund. Now I'm stuck with unwearable clothing and will only get 50% of my money back. As great as the companies marketing is, do not get suckered in. The fabric is cheap, there are no labels, no washing instructions and the sizing is way off. There is not a customer service phone number and you must submit a ticket on line. The customer service hours are very limited and in the middle of the night. I would not shop this company again.
I am worried about my order that I placed two weeks ago I received a confirmation that my order was shipped and a tracking number and like most of the people who have been complaining when I enter my tracking number is states that the tracking number is unavailable I also sent a email to customer service which came back as undeliverable and tried calling the number on your website which was is not a working number.So with that being said how do I know for sure my order has shipped? How do I track my order if it was shipped? How do I reach customer service if I have a issue with my product?
I ordered 3 bathing suits for my upcoming vacation at the beach. I ordered all of them the same day. I have received only 1 of them. The other 2 are somewhere in transit. I am extremely disappointed! I wish I wouldn't have ordered through uour company, as now I have to go and buy new bathing suits and wastes time and money... I will never order again through your company...
I placed an order for a cocktail dress that wasn't what the picture depicted so I started the return process. I was amazed at how Fast Modily responded to my initial request and how quickly my refund was processed.
Horrible experience on an order for Christmas. A coat was ordered on Nov. 21st, 2016 and not received until the first week of January. It was a gift for my granddaughter for Christmas. Then after receiving it the zipper on the inner liner was sewn in backwards. I don't know how Facebook allows them to advertise on their site. It is a Chinese based company. Very poor communications and quality of product. I had been sending messages on the same ticket regarding shipping time and no e-mail regarding a delay and now regarding the quality of the product. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered an item for an upcoming holiday and received in time. Unfortunately I needed to exchange and knew the timeline in returning the item, from Australia, and getting the new item was tight. But Modlily were amazing, kept me informed the whole way and the exchange item returned 2 days before my holiday. Cannot fault the exchange process
Ordered a swim suit on line with Modlily, I'm a first time shopper. I wouldn't normally shop for a bathing suit on line but was having no luck in store shopping. The package arrived on time and I was pleasantly surprised that the suit was exactly what I wanted. The suit was true to the picture on the website. I have since. Ordered another swim suit and 2 gorgeous tops.
I am giving Maya a 5 star review for now. However, this is the 3rd time I have had to contact Modlily for this issue. The previous agent(s) did not tell me that I needed to make the 9.99 payment for the exchange to be processed so the item that I exchanged was not received in time for a trip that is was needed for. In addition, the e-mail on my account is incorrect, and there is no way for me, or apparently you, to correct it. Consequently, any communication that may have been sent regarding this exchange was not not received. You need to allow edits/changes to your customer accounts! I can set up aq new account, but that does not allow me to track anything relative this order, return, and exchange.
I had placed an order for a swim suit. I was charged and waited but it never came in. Finally, after sometime I had this random credit to my bank account. I was refunded my money but I was never informed why my order was canceled! Disappointed in this site.
LS*******CN - I have not received my order to date and if I knew it would take this long, I never would have placed this order. Your shipping process needs to improve! When I travel my order, I have no idea as to where it is located. Very bad business;. Sorry.
I checked reviews after I placed my order. If I read the reviews before I would have never ordered anything from Modilly.
That being said however, to my pleasant surprise, I received my order in less than a month during which I was worried and did not have any expectations. I was impressed and loved the fun, trendy styles and the good quality considering what I paid for them. Thank you Modlily and needless to say I am already planning to order more stuff from you.

Allow 2 weeks for delivery (just in case you need for a holiday) I ordered 2 tankini tops and both were too small. Ordered XL size 20 and the bust was no way near a 20. I have sent back and ordered XXL but I am a little concerned that they still may not fit as they were a lot too small. They tankinis were as the pictures (pretty) and quality was good just too small. These were ideal for me if they would have fit as you can order different size swim trunks as I am a size 10. I have kept them and hoping the replacements tankini tops will fit when replaced.
Do not buy! Really poor quality. First off all you have to wait ages until it arrives and when you discover what did you order you are not able to return it because Customer Service Ignores you!
I really do not recomend!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
