They charge you immediately, then do not ship. When you inquire about your order you get a pre-programmed response that is HORSE $#*!! Then all communication is cut off! Un believable! Trying to get my money back. I hope that Pay Pal will cut them off!

First of all, sorry for any inconvenience that it may bring. We always send orders in the time frame we promised, 1-4 working days, but if you purchased pre-sale item, it takes a much longer time.

I ordered a top on Nov. 29. It is Dec. 24 and I have not received shipping info or the merchandise. Luckily I used Paypal so I think I can get my money back if this is a scam.

I ordered a dress 8 weeks ago and havent recieved it as of yet. They say it is held up at customs. I told them to send it by post or refund my money. Havent heard back from them since.
The products I purchased were true to size, very comfortable, and I have received compliments on them. Specifically, the bathing suit I purchased, turned out to be better than I had expected.
I had made a shipping address mistake, went through the proper procedures, and had a reply within hours stating they fixed it... What a relief. Can't wait till my pkg. Arrives.

It doesn't take 8 weeks for a package to arrive from another country. Also, why are they making offers to give you a $3.00 coupon if you write a good review? BECAUSE THEY HAVE PROBABLY NEVER HAD A GOOD REVIEW WRITTEN ABOUT THEM. This company is horrible and if I tell anyone and everyone I will. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY AND TIME!
My wife bought a swim suit and when she got it it didn't fit. It says no problem to return, it's easy. I read return policy that said you had to apply for a credit and they would send a return slip to be attached to the package I was returning. It said that I would be receiving this in the next 24 hours. Well it's been at least 1 1/2 months and three tickets and multiple emails that tell me to send it back and then they will send the label for the package. They have always asked for the order number that doesn't exist. They can't find any order or account related to that swimsuit? I have sent proof of paying for it but now they haven't returned an answer. I think the good reviews are fraudulent and they are so dishonest. My wife was looking forward to using them again and now they have lost a customer. Oh but I don't think they care. Dishonest, Liars, Fraud, rip off artists, and all round idiots. I would like to write my true feelings but you wouldn't permit the use of extremely foul language.

I have never ordered from ModLily before. The order took longer to arrive, than expected. I was surprised at the quality and how much I liked the clothing. I will definitely purchase from here again.
I usually wear a size 18 this is a 1X in America, I had read reviews that sizes ran small. So, I ordered a 3X received product and it was too small. I thought my daughter would fit she is a size 12 (U.S.) it was to small for her also. I paid $53. For the coat which I felt was a really good price. However, they wanted their product back for a refund. I went to the post office and the cost for returning it was $60. I almost choked. I wrote to them asking for a return label, The coat was marked 3X but the zip in lining was marked 2X. I explained to them and sent them a picture of the mixup. They refused to send a return label and wanted to give me a 40% refund and I keep the coat. I tried to explain the error in the coat and the lining and requested a 50% return they said NO. They said 40% and you keep the coat. What choice did I have so I got $21 back I have a coat that won't fit as well.
When I want to find an new outfit for an upcoming outing or that special bathing suit and cover up for an upcoming cruise, I can count on Modily to be easy to shop with styles I love.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!

We have been devoting to offer good products with low price, but it maybe up to your expectation. So you could return anything you want, under the condition it's in original condition. Postal service is a good way to return, and I suppose it’s not much expensive. After we get the return package, 100% refund will be issued.
