Es dauerte 5 Monate von der Bestellung bis zur Zustellung der letzten Teillieferung. Der Rücknahmeprozess ist ein Albtraum. Die Sendung muss nach China gesendet werden mit Speditionen, die auf internationalen Warenverkehr mit Zollabfertigung spezialisiert sind. Die Zollabwicklung wird durch telefonische Unerreichbarkeit durch die Firma Modetalente blockiert – ein offen umprofessionelles, absichtlich kundenfeindliches Verhalten.
