I have a phone from aliv and I have a btc sim and I was trying to get it unlocked to use the sim and I was very unsuccessful even while using this platform. I explained it but I have yet to get any good assistance.

I used mobileUnlocks service thinking they would provide a quick and easy service. They guaranteed that the phone would be unlocked (100%)
The bill was £11.99
On the same day a further bill was charged for £24.00
Two days went by...
Then they demanded another £40 because vodafone rejected the unlocking because the phone wasn;t purchased from vodafone, and required payment.
The phone was purchased from vodafone.
I didn't pay because this did not seem right.
I went to the trouble of contacting vodafone directly, and easily obtained an unloack code within 30 minutes FOR FREE
That's right. The code was easy to obtain and vodafone did not charge a penny for it.
Start to finish so easy put in my IMEI and the rest was plain sailing the codes came back nice and quick
Enter in to phone and hay presto phone unlock to all network well pleased

Each stage costs more money, and it seems like I am waiting an eternity, I don't understand why, especially as I have had the phone from new and I have never had a contract on it, just pay-as-you-go, with O2, now I want to reactivate the phone onto giffgaff, which is part of O2, it is taking so long and costing so much money.

Well I followed their instructions and it didn't work so they asked me take video of inputting inlock number and they said I had not done hard reset then set a ideo which I followed to the letter still says unsuccessful asked for my money no refund received and no further communication
I didn't have a clue how to do this, and spent more time trying to work out the necessary information about the phone than the unlocking process took.

They are scamming with there client and not unlocking phone and demanding more money to unlock, if sent more money then they demand more money and if we require refund then they block me, fraudulent people beaware to use this website. Was easy at first pay £11 for unlock within 30mins. Paid. Then it will take up to 5days and you have to pay a further £26. After a couple more days we are having a problem with EE unlocking your phone so will have to get in touch with manufacturers so now up to 10days. Following day manufacturers can't unlock now we will give you your money back on a voucher to put towards our field technician who charges £56. You will have to plug your phone into a computer (which I don't have one)and go online for him to unlock your phone. Sent an email back to Jody who wrote the previous email to me and been ignored and they haven't been In touch since. To me I seems like it a complete scam and would NOT RECOMMEND using to anyone.
