Each stage costs more money, and it seems like I am waiting an eternity, I don't understand why, especially as I have had the phone from new and I have never had a contract on it, just pay-as-you-go, with O2, now I want to reactivate the phone onto giffgaff, which is part of O2, it is taking so long and costing so much money.
