I had acquired a new phone and wanted to pass my old one to a family member. I approached a couple of local shops for the service all of them quoted up to a weeks turnaround because of my phone brand, however, I opted for MobileUnlocks. I appreciate that I may have just been lucky but these people were great. From start to finish it took less than 24hrs and worked first time. My only gripe was that I didn't read all the docs before hand, or just didn't see them, relating to the costs. The costs weren't huge (very similar to the shops I approached) but weren't clear to me at the outset. Two costs about £12 and £26. Overall I'm delighted with the company and it's service.
Never thought that getting Unlock code for a phone will be so fast and easy. I have checked 4-5 sites for unlocking and mobileunlocks.com were cheapest and fastest. To be honest i got my code in just 10 minutes flat. And they even offer full refund if code doesn't works. Now that's something which no one else does. Others will say make sure you give right IMEI no. And we won't be able to do refund and stuff like that. But i was convinced in just 5 minutes with them.
I got my Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini( I8190N) which was locked with O2 in a best possible way. Thanks a lot mobileunlocks.com team.

My 14 pro max was unlocked on premium service which great feeling. My iPhone 12 mini didn't unlocked on regular which cost around 72 $.
My only complain if issue not resolved you should refund instead of giving a refund note.
Paid for unlock code for samsung galaxy s2, code delivered fairly promptly, however it failed to work. They asked for video showing unlock code being input and photo of screen showing phone IMEI. These were sent and since then have heard nothing. Have sent a further email asking for a full refund, once again silence. A complete rip-off
Wasn't too sure about using an internet site to unlock my daughters sim lock in her phone as i have always used a shop, but wasn't convenient at the time with working hours, but was cheaper to do with mobile unlocks and so much easier/faster. I want partial refund. Firstly, let me say the customer service team are nice people. However, I did not have a good experience at all. I was in a new country and had to use this to unlock my at&t phone. It said it was going to take 3 days; I was annoyed about that but still waited my 3 days. I waited until LITERALLY the 7th day and my phone was still locked. During this period, I kept chatting with them about what the delay was and all they had to say was "just wait until we unlock it" what's the time frame? "It's imminent and we just suggest you wait it out"?
Mind you I was going on a week without internet IN a new country. I had to call AT&T to find out what was really going on since I couldn't get an answer from them. It wasn't until I called AT&T that I was able to unlock it and FINALLY have internet. MobileUnlocks then emailed me several days after my phone was unlocked. This was very frustrating and annoying. Do better and update your customers.
Also be prepared to pay almost $100 just to unlock your phone.

Recently had a frustrating experience with mobileunlocks.com. Initially, they quoted me $14 to unlock my mobile device, but as I proceeded, they misleadingly pushed me to pay an additional $50 to supposedly finalize the process. However, the following day, they informed me that my phone couldn't be unlocked due to a hard lock issue. What's particularly concerning is that they likely knew about this issue from the beginning when they checked my IMEI. It was a disappointing and deceptive encounter, leaving me feeling scammed and dissatisfied with their service.
Provided a code that didn't work and then bot levels of customers service, complete waste of time and money

They do not care about their customers only money. Be sure to do your own homework. I had a dud phone overall that wouldn't work. I didn't know before hand. I paid for digital codes that's it. I never benefited from this service. They told me because I received codes they will not refund me and only offered a coupon code for buying more off of them. I got another phone and do not need unlocking services in the future. I'm out $170 for nothing. I offered to even show proof that their codes didn't help my phone. Be very careful as they only care about money and not customers. I would not recommend this web site to anyone.

In actual fact it's €38 which is fair price however it's only fair if you need the service my phone was unbeknown to me unlocked I bought it second hand I paid The fee of €11 then I reviewed email demanding €27 to unlock what a con mobileunlocks knew my phone was unlocked yet they continue through the process just to rip me off! I am Furious they state no refund for a mistake as they have bills to pay yes agreed take the €11 but don't con people that's disgusting so please folks do all checks possible turned out the phone simply had a problem with the simm window not fitting as it was bent slightly mobileunlocks knew my phone was unlocked from the start yet they ripped me of for the full amont when they should of been happy to win €11 fir nothing do not use this company!

It took about 24 hours to unlock my iPhone 7, which I understand is probably the exception.
After £4.99 to find out which network the device was locked to I paid the advertised £11.99 to unlock it. Once this payment was made, there was a previously unmentioned £26.00 to complete the process. So, £42.98 was what I had to pay.
It does work but you might want to shop around.
Their pricing makes you feel a bit skeptical. You pay for an eligibility check ($28.99), which can be confused with the unlock procedure. Then you pay an additional fee to perform the carrier unlock service ($63). If they can't unlock it through a carrier request, they charge you an additional fee to do a remote USB unlock with a technician ($91). I followed all of their instructions and they were able to successfully unlock my phone. I did go into it thinking I would only spend $28.99 but my total cost ended up being $182.99 to unlock the phone. I just wanted to say it is a legitimate service and your phone will be unlocked but to expect it to be more than $28.99. I am very thankful for them helping me unlock the device, I would not have been able to do it without them!

Bought the unlock in what I thought was the total price then got stung for full price. Your website was not clear or transparent with costs. Normal shop would have unlocked for less than £20. Hour costs total came in at over £37

First, we paid the 29 usd, after that, another 70 usd to continue with a technician, after that another 30 usd… we ended paying $132, maybe would be cheaper to get a new phone. Sometimes, it took hours to get a response.
