Initially charged £12, but it did not say that they were charging for the eligibility check. Then they asked for another £33 to unlock the phone Total of £45 I paid. I paid the full amount but O2 unlocked my phone. I provided all evidence to mobile unlocks still they refused my money back. They don't have dedicated customer service support, only contacted them via live chat and waited for the reply, it took hours and meanwhile, and I couldn't talk to them. I couldn't find a telephone number or email address to contact them. I would not recommend to anyone, please stay away from these scammers.
I found the whole process ver quick and easy to follow. It was completed in minutes with simple to follow instructions.

At first I was nervous and hesitant to do this and even after I've paid and the code did not come forward in the initial given time, but I must admit, after detailed explanation and some patience from my side, all went well and the unlocking process itself was painless.

I never get my phone unlocked. I message him 4 to 5 times with no response. We replied one time and said what was your device saying when you put the SIM in and I told him and never got anything back after that and message him one more times after that to see my phone still is not unlocked after paying almost $120 still nothing. So this company does not do what they say at all and I will never recommend this coming to anybody ever again because clearly it's a scam
Awesome site got it done in two days woke up and had my codes. Stuck the first code in and it worked. I recommend them because they are legit.

I had 4 cellphones iPhone to unlock before I left USA to gave to my family in Philippines 2 years on the row. Easy and the service was amazing and fast to unlocked my iPhones. Fast and easy. Very simple instructions on how to use. It took a little longer but it is definitely worth the wait to have my phone unlocked. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs their phone unlocked.
Assuming the reviews for the site are real, it's a big gamble giving them almost $100 because they were unable to unlock my phone. I had to wait 3 days to find out they couldn't unlock it, and AT&T did it for free and it was instant. So I'd say try with the carrier first if you're going to try and unlock it yourself. And then possibly try a third party site. I will say they do credit your account for what you paid if they were unable to unlock your phone. Credit on their site only, though, highly doubt you'll be able to get a refund as they have an extensive list of why you can't receive a refund.
The speed in which my tablet was unlocked was excellent. The while process was so smooth and easy. I would recommend this service

I am absolutely mad that it always shows a low price, and later they send you an email saying that it is much more. From 30 dollars, it goes to 80... I hope they get a lawsuit to stop this deceit.
And the funny thing is that whenever someone gives a bad review, out of nowhere comes a super good review...
Searched for a network unlock company and came across mobileunlocks. It said $15 to unlock the phone so I said what the hell. Paid the money and got an email saying i need to pay an extra $75 to unlock the phone. I emailed them and never heard back. That is when I started checking this company out. You can tell all of their positive reviews are fake because they are all way to positive. Can you pay for a bunch of fake reviews or do these people sit around all day creating them? Doesnt matter, They are based in England and can be reported to the police by searching: actionfraud police uk reporting-fraud-and-cyber-crime.

💯 legit! Don't be afraid to let MobileUnlocks take care of your devices for you. Hubby is not good with technology! His phone was so old the on/off key became detached making his phone unusable. Luckily for him I had an old phone I no longer used. Unluckily for him it was on a different network requiring me to get it unlocked for him.

Scam alert! They will make you think you are paying to unlock your phone but they are going to ask another payment in the next step without knowing ahead. They are misleading people. I wished I have looked at the reviews first.
