Phone has been unlocked for Vodafone network took 3 days. Happy with service.
Ensure to read all information before making payment. I didn't and thought the cost was £11.99 but that's just the initial fee to check they can unlock. You'll later get an email stating to unlock the phone it's an additional £26. You feel tied to follow it through as you'd already paid the initial £11.99

This process was very easy to do and it unlocked my phone. The website provided a quick appraisal of the phone to check that it wasn't stolen and was able to be unlocked before providing the service which is respectable. The process then took a few hours of waiting but this was regularly updated and provided a sense of security. Overall a great service.

I'm my AT&T phone was fully paid off, but it still did not unlock. It had to contact AT&T and was charged $70 by this company. I would like my money back.

Primero pagas una parte y luego te hacen pagar más. En total pagué 60 dlls. Te dicen que van a ser aprox 48 horas, pero ya que pagas te dice que 4 días. Al final pasaron 6 días y seguía diciendo 4 días. Les escribí y tardaron 1 día en contestarme. Cuando ya me llegaron los códigos (7) intenté con todos, los metí con mucho cuidado y ninguno funcionó. Les escribí para quejarme y no me quisieron hacer la devolución, me decían que mandara fotos pero no salía esa opción. En resumen, tiré mi dinero a la basura e hice corajes una semana.
