Scam
April 4, 2023

This is truly one of the biggest scams out there. They will tell you that some home games are blacked out, but if you look at the link that they gave you for games that are blacked out there's nothing there. And if you look into the fine print, it will tell you that home games and away games are blacked out. It's an absolute scam

Too many blackouts
October 6, 2021

This is not worth the money. Too many black outs and only watched 2 games for the season. This is a rip off and not sure how MLB can take your money ($100 for the year) for 2 games. Its almost scammish. Yes, they tell you in the beginning that there are possible black outs and there are no refunds. But who would have thought that 90% of the games are blacked out? Then after the game you have to wait an hour and a half for the game to become available. By the time that happens, your in bed. Some people have to work. Then by the time you get home from work, the showing is not available anymore because they are advertising for the next game. This is not worth the money! And I do NOT recommend this.

December 2, 2020

When calling them about a refund for an order that has not been processed yet of 395.00 they told me sorry can't refund the money said that the order had been processed which isn't the case I called back 2 x and each rep said it hadn't been processed but still couldn't give me my refund the promo codes stated 65% and free shipping which wasn't applied so now im stuck paying almost 400.00 I can not afford

You pay for the whole season but don't get all of the games. They constantly hand off games to other providers. When Apple+ or Peackock or anyone else broadcasts the games, you don't get to watch unless you start paying for these other stations. So you get to pay MLB and every other streaming service to see ALL games. Of course they don't advertise this when they sell you.

This place has the worst customers service!

I place a order and by a mistake put the wrong address

The first rep explain to me that I needed to call FedEx and change the address!

I call FedEx and they explain because of the type of shipping the shiper is the only 1 who can call and change the address.

Okay me thinking no big deal.

Call back and spoke with another rep and they explain that once you place a order that they have no access to call to change the address.

So now I have to wait on my oder to be delivered no where and then once I call back let them know they would replace the order and then ship it again.

Such a waist of time and a inconvenience
What happen to customer service!
This left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never order anything from this company after I receive my merchandise.

And worth of mouth on the street other places told me not to oder from this place.

Now room for error.

Now I know!

I ordered tickets through MLB.com I clicked on tickets in July. If you are familiar with MLB you click on the month and all games come up on a calendar and you click on the day. I was clearly in the month of July and they gave me tickets in May. I realize it immediately after I purchased and they would not change my purchase to the correct day Their solution was to buy more tickets to try to sell the ones I was given an error

MLB.com sucks
June 14, 2018

Im so tired of the system constantly spinning and losing the signal as I switch from game to game. My router is right next to my TV and my amazon stick and I check the download and upload speeds quite often so the problem is from the mlb.com site - It sucks! Avoid it and just steal it like everyone else instead of paying for it

I would like to say I love the lady I talked to over the phone. She was helpful cancelling my subscription and was sweet to ask and talk about the Astros. I don't know what her name was but I love her.

Texas has 2 teams, I pay to watch ALL the Yankee games but ALL the games with Houston & Rangers are blacked out. OK, but when Judge is about to hit the record-setting 62nd HR and the entire country gets it as the FREE game of the day, guess who can't watch it? Texas residents. Yankees-Astros go head-to-head for dominion, can't watch it. Whenever Astros or Yankees play in a nationally televised game - because of it's importance, guess who can't watch it? Texas residents. That sucks but not half as much as it sucks to watch the same stupid Snoop Dog commercial 16 x per game. All season long. That's not an exaggeration. It's not worth it to pay this sham company to watch games. From this point on I'll spring for the YES Network so I can watch everything.

Coastal Bias
March 29, 2019

MLB.com coverage weighs heavily to teams on the coasts, especially the East Coast. Why not just admit you cover where the money is? I'm a Rockies fan (born and raised on East Coast so I know BB) and they've made the playoffs two years in a row -- better than Mets, Orioles, Rays, Marlins, Giants, Angels, Phillies, Braves... but no coverage of mid-continent teams other than beloved Cubbies. Why would Pirates get better coverage than Colorado? Rox have best young starting staff by far... Freeland went 7 on 2 hits and 1 run opening day. 17-7 with 2.83 ERA last season. Any mention of that? Why no, because the Yankees and Red Sox also play in MLB. Do your job, cover the entire league. Or admit your fiscal bias toward the big cities.

A Boston/LA game was blacked out and we live in Columbus, Ohio. I called and they were incompetent and unhelpful and the (foreigner-sounding) agent said he required my IP address in order to help us access the game.

With baseball season fast approaching, I had to do a LOVE YOU review for MLB.COM!

This is Major League Baseball's Official website, and has everything a baseball fan could possibly want. It just ain't baseball season without MLB.COM.

Stats, scores, shopping, MLB news, links to all the team sites, videos, it's all here. This is my homepage from April to October on my main computer.

MLB.com/tv
July 28, 2022

Last Friday 7/22, I logged in to watch the Chicago Cubs vs. Philadelphia. I live in south Georgia so neither the Cubs or the Phillies would have blacked out the game. The Cub games was not available on MLB.com/tv. It was exclusively available on Apple TV+ In order to watch the game on Apple TV+ I was required to give them my credit. MLB.com/tv sold my rights to watch the Cub to Apple TV+
I was not going to give Apple TV+ my CC.

I was quit upset, and called MLB.com/tv. I asked to cancel my subscription and issue me a partial refund.
The individual I talked said he completely understood, and submit a refund request. On Monday I received an e-mail, my refund request was denied. What a bunch of BS

The obvious frustrations are old news such as NOT being able to watch a game that is 500 miles away because I live in the "Market" yeah right... then there is the never ending advertising that jumps out like 'wack-a-mole' at a state fair... but NOW the video 'recap' is about 20 seconds long and is barely better than nothing. This site also AUTOMATICALLY re-up's your subscription, so if you don't stay on top of it, you are getting this site like it or not.

Since I paid for a full year of MLB TV my favorite team is the Yankees. Why can't I get peacock for free for that game and Prime video for free for that game. I am certainly not going to take out peacock for $5 a month and I don't like Amazon and Prime video. I am entitled to all games that I paid for.

A big ripoff company!
February 8, 2010

A big ripoff company! Do not deal with them as they will not work with you even after they made the mistake. Made over 20 calls and no one returns my calls. I will be reporting them to the BBB.
