I purchased a black Diana dress for my nephew's wedding but they sent a white one, clearly, I can not wear this for a wedding!I tried to contact them multiple times no one got back to me I had no answer! Still waiting! I will never shop from this store again.

After searching for months for a dress for my engagement party and coming up short, I finally found the perfect dress on Miss Holly. It was sold out in my size so I tried my luck at emailing the company directly, I received a response almost instantly and was able to place a pre order. It look a little while to come in and be sent to me, but I had time to spare so was fine with that. The dress was amazing quality and I received so many compliments for it.
Would definitely buy from Miss Holly again.

Never had a problem with the store until last week.
Ordered a dress with express post to have it arrive before my event.
Dress wasn't shipped and told a week for a refund for their stuff up.
So now I have to fork out more money to try replace what wasn't send and wait for my refund to finally appear back in my account.
What should have been a pleasant and easy transaction has turned into an utter nightmare.
Sorry but you've lost a once great customer.

I ordered an amazing dress from miss holly that was first time. At the beinging I thought it's horrible like others website but unfortunately when I received my order it was an amazing and really love it. The size was the best and about the colour and the shape of dress was an awesome for me. When I wear my dress I look like a queen. I would say big thanks for missholly for an Amazing clothes and I really suggest people to try that website

Was so thrilled to order from this gorgeous Australian website and actually have the items come in exactly as pictured and in great quality materials! I ordered two sets- and have already ordered a third because I have never received as many compliments as I did wearing one of their signature sets to a formal ball at my Uni! Their pieces are both classically feminine and fashion forward. My only note is that the skirts on the sets do fit small at least compared to Canadian /US sizing so I would ere on the side of caution when picking a skirt size! Otherwise-these outfits could not be better- so get shopping :)! PS. Did I mention worldwide free shipping?!

I bought a dress from this shop last month. After trying it on, deciding that the dress wasn't for me, I initiated a return request to obtain a refund. I posted the item back to them the next day through Australia Post Express Post (at my own expense). The tracking number shows that the item was received by the vendor two days afterwards.

Their Refunds & Returns policy states that all refunds are processed within 14 working days from receiving the item. After almost two weeks not hearing anything, I contacted them to follow up. I have tried multiple communication channels (emails, phone call, and Facebook message) but receive zero response.

However, I found that the reality is so far from that statement. Yes, they did not ask any questions, but you also did not respond to any of my attempt to resolve the issue. The radio silence is deafening. As a customer, I have done everything right by their policy, so I am just asking for them to return the courtesy. They were responsive up to the point where they have to give me my money back.

I have sought a dispute from my Bank to reverse the transaction as well as lodging a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading. I hope this business gets shut down as what they are doing is highly unethical. Please stay away from this shop.

Well, let me talk about my bad bad experience with this company. I ordered a customised dress and paid in full amount 20 days ago. And I was just trying to talk to them 3 days ago as it's been almost 20 days, and I want to know how it went with the dress.
Unfortunately, there was only a few response, even though I tried my best to talk to them ( Facebook, Instagram, emails and phone calls) but nothing has been resolved. I am so mad that I don't think I can get my money back or get my dress by my wedding day.
I ordered it on 05/05/2021 expecting it would be arrived before 12/06/2021. At first, the customer service was so keen to respond before I paid. However, They stopped responding right after I paid. They are such scammers and rippers! I saw another review saying that he/she already filed a complaint against them. I don't know what to do … and who can shut them down…
All the positive reviews were in 2017-2018, so I highly doubt whether they are authentic or not. They didn't receive any positive reviews from last year, geese, I never encountered such a problem at all in AU!

Ordered the Aurora set from miss holly and honestly couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. I live in Ireland so was a bit wary ordering of an Australian website. However clothing is true to size and exactly as shown in pictures. I needed the dress for a formal so selected the express shipping and it arrived within days, very impressed. The dress was well made and the fabric was perfect quality. Received multiple compliments on it. Aftercare is excellent, the ladies take the time to look at customer photos on social media and comment which is a lovely touch. Would 100% recommend this website and will definitely be purchasing from MissHolly again.
