I was recently in new york on business and my airline put my luggage on the wrong flight!- guess i deserve that for checking it instead of carry on. At least they gave me a debit card with some money to replace what i needed. In any case, i had a black tie event to attend to in gotham city hall. Needless to say i was on a budget until i knew what was going on with my luggage. The front desk at my hotel recommended i check out this dress showroom/warehouse outside of the city limits; right over the bridge actually. They had a WIDE selection of dresses ranging from prom all the way to bridal. Staff wasn't over the top helpful, but they were fairly busy, as it was a sunday. Bottom line, i walked out with a dress in under an hour- gave me a great deal on shoes as well- maxed out my complimentary debit card, but it was worth it.

Although, I didn't get the deal that I thought I was going to get, according to a coupon site, I must say, Jace was efficient, honest and helpful, which saved me time while I look for the best price on this Mac Duggal dress, that my daughter is in love with, to wear to her prom. Having five children, four of them daughters, and being a full time customer service manager for a major department store, time and money are important and Jace definitely saved me time and also assisted with trying to save me money by directing me to your sales. If I could steal Jace from you, I certainly would. This one's a keeper! Please acknowledge that you have a wonderful employee in Jace.

My daughter ordered a dress from this company. The dress did not fit and we did not like the quality. We did live chat and requested a refund. We were told a refund was possible but we had to call and talk to a manager and it could take up to 30 days depending on our financial institution. We talked to Ana and she would not approve a refund at said to call on Monday. I emailed the company and got a reply from Rellin who also said no and advised me they would be charging me $40 for the return. What a complete scam and ripoff! My daughter has learned a valuable lesson. This company is out for the buck. They seem to be some sort of foreigners and if you research their company you will find hundreds of dissatisfied people! Wish they would go back to their country... we don't need them here! SCAMMERS! BUYER BEWARE! READ CAREFULLY!

Not a perfect shopping experience but it was a more than good enough online shopping with this company. I ordered a dress that's available to ship asap but it wasn't a good fit. I returned it back to them for an exchange of an exactly the same dress but in one-size up. Problem, that's not available anymore! It took me a little while to look for dresses again that suits my taste. Found one and another one but not available again. It's a little disappointing not to get the first dress of your choice but this website has really a lottttttttttttttt in store! It's hard to say "I give up!" LOL...
Finally got my exchange dress and i must say it's more gorgeous than the first few dresses i picked. I think their customer service are not just people-answering-calls but fashionistas too! Yep! They got good taste in suggesting styles.

I ordered a dress online and I am so amaze of the service of your agents. She is very accommodating. I am going to use this dress for my cousin's wedding next month, I ordered ahead of time so that is ever the dress will arrive to me and I will not like it I will still have a chance to change it or look for another dress BUT I am so thankful with Missesdressy that the dress I ordered is so beautiful and when I got to fit the dress I look stunning. I will be ordering another dress from you again, I still have another affair to attend to by October. And I might order my wedding gown also, I saw a few bridal dresses on your website that is SUPER!
