Got a lot of dresses to choose from! Next time, I'll keep mind to check the size chart before ordering a dress so I don't need to have it returned. :)
Its worthy all 5 stars out there, Its the third time I order dresses for family member weddings, using the help of their customer service I have all my questions answered, so dresses I need came just perfect in sizes, colors and quality seen all worth the price I'm paying.
I ordered a dress for prom which costs almost 400 dollars! They said it was read for same day shipping I was in desperate need for a dress! Because the one I had ordered was not on time and delayed. I realized later that they still had to process so I cancelled the order! They gave me credit it wouldn't work when I tried to use it! And now they said its expired! I PRACTICALLY HANDED THEM 400 DOLLARS! What harm will it do if They reinstate it!

I ordered a dress for my fiance months ago for our long anticipated pre-wedding photos and party. Some time after the order was placed I receive an email stating, "We are contacting with regards to your order for Item #E0... Halter V-Neck Sequined Gown by BG Haute in Champagne. There are no on-hand stocks available to ship at the moment. The approximate shipment is early MAY 2016 (dress is still in production)". Okay, things happen... Some time passes by, I call, Rita, or whatever her name is answers the phone and says the dress will be shipped out very soon... I wait. Wait some more. Again, wait. Call back, same story, same questions asked. 4 emails and at least the same number of phone calls later we receive the dress almost 2 months after I placed the order. Oh yeah, you want to know what really set me off? No free bra in the packaging! When I called and spoke with Rita again and got the runaround, I sent an email asking how they were going to make this right, here is the response, "Please be advised that free gift promise conditioned to share us on facebook to be shipped out with the dress, You can click on the small link of the gift to read the description, unfortunately we can't ship bra separately since no request is included on your order before placing it".
DO NOT buy from this company, they are lame! Run, run while you can!
I went to the website it says the dress is available I go on their live chat they assure me yes they have it in stock in inventory BEWARE they actually DO NOT have inventory as they say on their site!
I get an email several days later after the shipping time that is has not only not shipped but they cannot even get the dress! They won't refund my money! Obviously I would never order anything from them again I just want my money back they won't do it. I hold for almost an hour to get disconnected.
To top it all off if you go to the website they still show the very same dress available ready to ship with in 5 days go on chat and ask them same thing their agents will tell you the dress is available to ship!

I got confirmation on Nov 18 they have the dress back and now decided to only give me store credit, even though it was returned in the time frame they gave me! THEY ARE CROOKS - DO NOT BUY - I AM CALLING THE POLICE FOR FRAUD!

According to missesdressy.com, "Not the perfect fit? Return the dress within 3 days and get a FULL STORE CREDIT no questions asked. Excludes Bridal." However, I called to return and exchange for a different size and was told that they will be DEDUCTING $10 FROM MY STORE CREDIT! In addition, I can only return/exchange the dress once as it will be a FINAL SALE! I was told that this is a new policy. All I can say is that their PROMISE of excellent customer service is not at all accurate. Also, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return/exchange. They do not offer shipping labels.
