Loved it, but had plenty of time and didn't want to spend that much, so I thought I would continue looking around. 3 months later, I found it at Misses Dressy as a final sale because it was now discontinued. Knew the size I tried on in the store, loved the way it looked, so I bought it for $280 as a final sale, at Misses Dressy at 50% off. It arrived in 2 days from NY and is absolutely perfect quality! With original tags, etc.
I order one jacket xxl, they send me a medium, they started to negotiate offering 10% back only, was their mistake and i have to pay 90% bucause the sent the wrong item! Where can we do something to stop this scam companies doing millions, other than this i paid shipping $5.50 and arrived one month after.

Does not pick up the phone... when we call... had to numerous times... pick up place me on hold... and pick up again and hang up they ARE THE WORSE DO NOT ORDER FRIM THEM AT ALL... I had to call block and I had to call from my daughters PHONE FOR THEM TO ANSWER... they keep saying the designer... will ship it out they have to call them...

Ordered a dress on line. Said one left in stock. I ordered only to find out it wouldn't be shipped till the date of event. I called to see if I could pay extra to expedite the order and they said. I wasn't in stock even though it said in stock. I asked to cancel and they said no refunds I can have store credit. The problem is they had no dresses for my daughters prom in stock. I just asked them again if I could cancel and they told me no. No merchandise no money. This dress was 498 dollars and I have nothing. Going through legal battles with them. They are horrible and crooks. Please anyone that was done wrong by them. Log complaint with BBB OF NEW YORK. It only takes a few min.
I have been trying for two days to purchase a dress for my daughter. I got Rita on line to chat with, and she stayed on the line the whole time with the bank to figure out why my card was not working. She was patient and didn't rush things. I got my dress only because of the caring and time Rita took to help me. What a great employee you have in her.
