My 17 year olddaughter bought a dress and it was way too big. Apparently we only get store credit for one year and anything bought on store credit if final. I explained how big it was and she sized herself to the chart. She cannot fit into anything here. So either we buy ugly jewelry and purses or we lose 600 dollars. My poor daughter had to go buy another dress for prom and learn a 850 lesson in bad customer service
I drove all the way from Portland Texas to Houston to search for a party dress. I can't find any in Galleria mall and really upset so I start to browse on the net and found your website. I am happy with the number of options I was given. I was in desperate need of an outfit for an unexpected party in a weekend. It was Wednesday and crossed fingers as I completed my online purchase. The options I am referring to were based the following:
1. I liked a dress but it says 5-7 business days processing but they offered me a drop ship to cut it short. But i think the fee is kinda high. It should be worth it but i considered the next option instead.
2. ships today dresses that they can ship immediately. What's great in this option is that they have a wide selection of dresses in stock at their store in NY that they can pull out to ship to customers. I paid extra for rush shipping.

We ordered a prom dress, and when we returned it had to fight for a credit. Tried to order 2 different dresses with the credit and they never came. Now they say I have no more credit. They don't answer me calls, emails or letters. Don't order from Missesdressy.com

I ordered a dress by Alyce Claudine. It was delivered to me to Dubai in just 5 days. It was just a little bit big for me up top but it is a beautiful beautiful dress. Only downside would be that I didn't get the free silicone bra with it but that might be because of Dubai's silly rules. After reading the reviews I was $#*!ting myself but thankfully, I had a great experience and am overall very happy. I'd recommend it for sure.
One of the most awaited event was my 20th birthday. My mom allowed me to choose the dress that I really liked. My event was fast approaching and it really gave me a hard time. I talked to someone at missesdressy if she could ship the Sherri hill dress immediately. Surprisingly, it arrived on 2 weeks before my wear date. You are so Super Missesdressy!
I was very anxious about buying my wedding dress online, mostly worried about the shipping time. But I can say it was all a great experience, Rita and May were great helping me out, my dress arrived earlier than expected and it is gorgeous! Cant wait for my big day. If there is anything below a one I will rate it without hesitation, this website is a fraud, i paid over $1200 in dresses and they sent me a wrong dress and they want me to pay the return shipping and they wont be giving me a refund, only store credit, the policy says in case of return not is case of sending the wrong dress. Fortunately for me my mother is a lawyer and I will sue for fraud, they just don't know it yet.
Customer service was a big plus for me. Dolly popped up on chat and couldnt have come at a better time as I had to order a last minute dress and wanted to find out shipping time etc. She was extremely helpful and patient with me and guided me on how to place my order and create an account. Will definitely order from Misses Dressy again thanks to Dollys friendly service!
Absolutely horrendous-stay very far away. I have had close to $1000 'taken' from me with absolutely nothing to show for it. I ordered over two months ago and did not receive the dresses ordered in time for their intended purpose. I ordered from the ships immediately section, but unfortunately their definition of immediately is close to 60 days later. I attempted to cancel this order two days after placing my order, before they placed the order with the company for the dresses, but no one would respond to me. Instead, once I finally got someone to respond to me through the better business bureau, they have refused to refund my money and want to charge me about 25% of the total cost to cancel the order. Please stay away from this website. Their web content is egregiously misleading and they are not a company that consumer's need to keep in business.
