I order one jacket xxl, they send me a medium, they started to negotiate offering 10% back only, was their mistake and i have to pay 90% bucause the sent the wrong item! Where can we do something to stop this scam companies doing millions, other than this i paid shipping $5.50 and arrived one month after.
I tried on a Mother of the Groom Gown at a bridal store in North Carolina for $560. Loved it, but had plenty of time and didn't want to spend that much, so I thought I would continue looking around. 3 months later, I found it at Misses Dressy as a final sale because it was now discontinued. Knew the size I tried on in the store, loved the way it looked, so I bought it for $280 as a final sale, at Misses Dressy at 50% off. It arrived in 2 days from NY and is absolutely perfect quality! With original tags, etc.

Ordered a dress on line. Said one left in stock. I ordered only to find out it wouldn't be shipped till the date of event. I called to see if I could pay extra to expedite the order and they said. I wasn't in stock even though it said in stock. I asked to cancel and they said no refunds I can have store credit. The problem is they had no dresses for my daughters prom in stock. I just asked them again if I could cancel and they told me no. No merchandise no money. This dress was 498 dollars and I have nothing. Going through legal battles with them. They are horrible and crooks. Please anyone that was done wrong by them. Log complaint with BBB OF NEW YORK. It only takes a few min.

I love the over-all shopping experience with them. At times, the dress isn't available and that's completely understandable in retail business. I didn't run out option because there are just too many different kinds to choose from. I'm excited for my next party event. I'll go back to this site again for sure.

Excellent service. Live chat was very helpful indeed, especially since I am in the UK. There were no problems with dispatch or postage at this end either. The whole business from ordering to receiving only took a week and the dress is lovely.

I will go back to this site to shop for dress for an occasion next time, i guess dresses were really the highlight of this place.
I believe all brides-to-be have the same sentiments over making everything close to perfect as possible. My biggest worry was the bridesmaids dresses, I just want them simply in uniform fabric color and cut. It was so nice of MissesDressy to extend us an exceptional service. So we came up with an arrangement that all my bridesmaids will be contacting their store to order their respective dresses. It made it easy for us and I am extremely happy when we receive the dresses – they were perfect, just the way we wanted it….

The Sherri Hill dress I purchased for my daughter's Christmas semi-formal was expensive, but appeared even more beautiful in person than pictured. It arrived in a timely fashion, the size fit exactly to the measurements provided, and was embellished as described. She wore it and received many compliments so overall a good experience.
