I can't imagine why there negative reviews for this company. Might be an isolated incident. Anyway, i'm giving this company a 5 star for meeting my expectation. Actually way beyond my expectation. Got my daughter's dress from them and it was so lovely and stunning given that the dress is not that pricey. I'll definitely recommend them to my friends.

We visited grandma at Long Island City, then decided to dropped at Missesdressy NYC store. The dresses was so incredible! I picked the Sherri hill dress in green, it was so pretty. Plan to get another on our next visit.
I've bought dresses from different websites and I realize that anything can be off the rack. They are retailers, not the designers (or the supplier)! And how many retailers are out there? Well, MissesDressy is just one of the many retailers and I highly recommend buying from this site than going elsewhere.
In my experience, the availability of the dresses on their website at the time I order were almost accurate. When it says in stock, I had no problem getting my dress on time. But there was one instance the dress I ordered was already sold out, they contacted me the next day. And that's not a deal-breaker -- they are retailers, not the ones who actually make the dress -- anything can be off the rack at any time!

I am not happy with the way Misses Dressy runs business. I had a bad experience the first time around and I am pretty upset I was left with store credit when the sizing of the dress I ordered was completely off. Also, I later had to pay for a mistake that was not my fault. I will never purchase from this site again.

The worst store ever. Super unprofessional. I ordered a dress that was displayed online in the color that was displayed, they sent me a completely different color. When I called asking for a refund because I had no time and trust to order another one, they said the only thing they could do is the a store credit. I showed the pictures of both dresses and how different they were, they came up with the excuse that "The color of the dress might seems different from what was shown on the website depending on the lighting used when the picture was taken." Excuse me? What kind of light is this that changes a color from silver and brown to yellow and gold? They are forcing me to buy another one from their store by holding my money there even after they messed up with my order. Spam store. When I talked to the manager before I had returned the dress, she promised me a refund, now she doesn't even return my calls. Don't buy there ever! Can't trust them at all.
I ordered a dress from MissesDressy around a month ago, received it and it turned out to be too big. After a few discussions with the customer service rep I was able to exchange it for the same dress at a smaller size which fit me much better. I'll consider myself lucky compared to some of the other stories I have read but overall I got the dress that I had wanted albeit it took one extra step to get it so I am happy with the end result

Ordered a designer dress, received email stating shipping address did not match my Credit card. They stated in order to ship I needed to sign a special authorization form and provide a copy of my government issued ID. I called my credit card company who confirmed the charge had been posted to my account.
I first ordered my wedding dress from a local store here and they have ruined my plans! A month before my wedding they have left me with no dress still because of some production issue whatever. Good thing I came across Missesdressy's website. They have helped me find a wedding dress which can be shipped to me in 2 weeks time. I can't thank enough the people working for the company! Terrible customer Service! You are put on hold for hours... you give up and try another day. To learn you are now outside of the "7 day return policy". They make no effort to help you. Horrible experience, trust me never never buy from them!
