Absolutely horrendous-stay very far away. I have had close to $1000 'taken' from me with absolutely nothing to show for it. I ordered over two months ago and did not receive the dresses ordered in time for their intended purpose. I ordered from the ships immediately section, but unfortunately their definition of immediately is close to 60 days later. I attempted to cancel this order two days after placing my order, before they placed the order with the company for the dresses, but no one would respond to me. Instead, once I finally got someone to respond to me through the better business bureau, they have refused to refund my money and want to charge me about 25% of the total cost to cancel the order. Please stay away from this website. Their web content is egregiously misleading and they are not a company that consumer's need to keep in business.

Miss Dressy thank you! I was searching for the perfect gown for our December cruise and after buying from several other sites only to be told, that one is no longer available in my size or that one is discontinued, I found one here at MissDressy.com. Made the purchase on Tuesday and it arrived in Florida on Friday! Not only does it fit like it was made for me, other than needing hemmed it is absolutely beautiful! Fast free shipping and Rita helped me all I needed. I bought Morrell Maxie ******* in burgundy, fantastic designer! THANK YOU!

I wish I had read some reviews but this company was a nightmare. I poor daughter fell in love with a dress and per the website we would have it in 3-5 business days, what they didn't tell you was that it was 3-5 days from when they receive it from the designer, i kept calling and calling and then finally after 2 weeks they advised me that the dress came in damaged and that they were returning it and having another shipped out. We didn't have time to wait for another dress! I was so upset I cancelled the order and began the search for the dress somewhere else only to find out they lied about the replacement dress because it was out of stock, my daughter found another beautiful dress and Jennifer at Princessbridalgowns.com, she was so helpful and even had the dress drop shipped directly to us to save time and at her own expense, I can't thank her enough!

I got sent a dress that was the wrong size. It had the manufacturers size on it, which was NOT the size I ordered, then someone put another label with a different size next to that label. I have many dresses from this brand in my size, which I know is small, and I also know what the manufacturers size label looks like. So they sent me a medium and they labeled it a small. When I emailed them to ask for the correct size, they informed me of their return policy of $40 "shipping" for the first dress and additional fees for additional dresses. They also only gave me 3 days from date of receipt to return the dress and it was a holiday weekend! I emailed them back expressing my dissatisfaction and got no further response.
This company has terrible customer service and ridiculous return polices, especially when in this case it was their mistake! I will never use this site again

Just had my 3rd online purchase from this website. I must say, they're the best site in this world wide web. I've been to 3 different occasions in need for 3 different dresses (bridesmaids, short party dress, long gown) and each time never fails. I'm not saying "perfect" shopping experience but it always is a happy and contented end point. There's always something new to check every time. I would love to shop from here again! Xoxo

Meixi you've done more damage than good to your company and am now going to make it my business to spread the bad news of your company online. First of all, its illegal that you posted positive review for yourself just like you did on other sites. Secondly, I'll be the one to lecture you on time zones and seeing that you're not smart enough to determine the right time for your fraudulent posts, then you're a real dumbass for thinking that you can fool us... well not me. You'd dug your grave by bringing your fraudulent behaviours out and I'ma save people their money and show them the right way to go. Peace!

I ordered a wedding gown from missesdressy. Saying that i enjoyed the experience is an understatement. The manner in which RITA took her time over a period of two weeks allaying all misgivings i had absolutely convinced me to buy. The delivery was swift even faster than the estimated time of arrival. We ordered all the bridesmaids dresses and the maid of honor dress from this awesome website. The dresses were neat. The design and the quality has reached our expectation. We wanted our event as close to perfect as how we planned it to be. We wanted everyone to look good and feel good at the event. Had we known of this website before, we should have ordered my wedding gown from them. We are buying another dress from them and it's for my fiance's mom. We're excited to receive it as well.

I was inquiring about a dress that I needed by November 1,2015. Dolly was the rep that was assisting me. She gave me all the information I asked for, but unfortunately I was not able to get the dress by the time I needed it. She did send to me other dresses that would be able to ship by November 1,2015. I haven't been able to look at them yet, but if I find one that I like I will order it I really appreciated that she went beyond just answering my questions. She was very helpful. Thank you Dolly.
