I was inquiring about a dress that I needed by November 1,2015. Dolly was the rep that was assisting me. She gave me all the information I asked for, but unfortunately I was not able to get the dress by the time I needed it. She did send to me other dresses that would be able to ship by November 1,2015. I haven't been able to look at them yet, but if I find one that I like I will order it I really appreciated that she went beyond just answering my questions. She was very helpful. Thank you Dolly. My daughter saw a dress on your website. We ordered the dress for her prom. When we received the dress and she tried it on she looked amazing. She might be prom queen. Her friends was so wow, they asked her where she bought her dress, we will really recommend missesdress to our friends and family. We have an upcoming event coming. I ordered dress, was promise to get in on 9/18/15. Today 9/21/15 I still do not have it. Called many times, customer services could not help me. They do not know when I will get it. Every time I call they ask me call next day. Today they do not even pick up my calls. They also do not answer my emails. They took my money, but did not give me a dress. Very bad customer services. I will never buy anything from them. Do not order from them, you will have big problems.

I ordered my wedding dress from missesdressy.com, as it was an special order it took a few months, but I received it three days before the expected day, I love it, it's beautiful and in perfect conditions, clean and pressed, just how they told me I would get it. While I was waiting for the dress I use the chat several times and they were very helpful and polite. I'm very pleased with the customer service, the dress and the price I paid. I highly recommend MissesDressy.

This site is absolute BS! I ordered a dress and it was so late and on top of that I got a 60 dollar duty fee which they said would be free. Also, my dress was a size too small and I was devastated, because it was for my prom. So I wanted to ship it back and get a new size but it would have costs 80 dollars to ship to get a new size, 80 dollars to ship back and another 60 dollar duty fee. This site is awful, the dresses are horrible quality and don't look at all like the picture, the people are rude over the phone and they try and scam you for whatever money you have. $#*!ing awful.

Rita, at Missy Dressy, is attempting to contact Mori Lee to acquire a fabric swatch for me even though the wedding gown was not purchased from them. The color of the gown is rather unique, but Mori Lee would not provide a swatch to the bridal salon where the gown was purchased, saying they do not do that. However, as the florist and wedding coordinator I need a swatch to attempt to match with ribbon and for the baker to color the frosting to match this unique color of gown. I can't thank Rita enough for her efforts to try and get the fabric swatch needed.

I called and gave a specific number for a Prom dress the woman on the other end ( who was not a sales rep, she never stated that) kept saying to me I don't have that number pick another one. When she should have said the dress was out of stock So after a lot of confusion I ordered a dress which I thought was the one I wanted and an hour later I called to say it was. It the dress. They said too bad we don't do refunds. I asked to hear the tape of my conversation and they said no! What are they afraid of I was right and they ordered the wrong dress! I would never order anything from them, Then they never called to say the dress was in and I got it after the prom!
