HORRIBLE TERRIBLE and every other single bad word that I can say about it! Their site is terrible to use, there is absolutely no way to see what color is what. They advertise dresses that are not even available for sale anywhere anymore. Don't even get me started on the customer service. First off the wait time is terrible, usually around 30 minutes before you can even talk to a real person. Once you actually get the person on the phone, they are typically extremely unhelpful. They do not offer any solutions to problems, they just restate the exact same thing over and over again. Their return policy is horrible, and they offer no way for you to fix a mistake. I was screwed out of over $200 because of this site. Save yourself some money, and some trouble and STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered my dress as a last minute New Years Opportunity arose and I needed a dress for the occasion. I went with MissesDressy as I was looking for something specific that I was unable to find in retail stores around my house. Thankfully after ordering my dress with expressed shipping and received it just in time to get any necessary alterations for my party. It made my New Years and my dress was the talk of the night among'st my friends.

Funny in a way that the site looked spammy at first. Google a dress and you'd always find this site on top. But we gave this one a shot as it's really promising. Glad we made the right move. It all worked out more than what we have expected -- not to mention prom just around the corner and in a desperate urgent need of a DRESS - not a rug! The girls on the phone have been helpful from checking what's available, what's not, what options we have and up to the delivery. <3 <3 <3

I love dresses, gown and etc. While I am talking my bestfriend, my bestfriend told me that she know one site that sells beautiful dresses and gowns, so I asked what site was that and when she gave me the site omg! I was so amazed and got adore all of the dresses and gowns of missesdressy. I need to buy a gown also because it's my sister wedding so I buy right away and happy customer here because the customer service really treat you well and helps you find the dress that will fit for you and many more. Thanks missesdressy for the nice and beautiful service that you give to us.

Worst online shop ever!

I am very disappointed.
Firstly, they sent me the wrong size although in the confirmation email it is written the right size.
Secondly, the dress i received looks different, the quality is bad as well.
Now coming to the best: although it is their fault, that they sent me the wrong size i still will be responsible for a flat fee. But why? I wouldnt even return it if they just sent me the right size. Furthermore, i ask them but the service is just dissatisfied as expected. Not helpful at all, just want the money, they even canceled me while i had written with them!

In brief, if you want buy anything there than by sure that the dresses look way different than in real life, you have to pay the mistakes THEY made, worst service especially when you asking for refunds, the only thing you will get if youre not satisfied is a store credit which only last 6 month after the timeframe your few hundred dollars you invented will simply disappear!

At first I ordered my prom dress from missesdressy, and then I read the reviews and i was really scared because I thought something would go wrong. I was really worried for a whole week straight. I ordered my dress about a week and a half ago and I just got it in today. It shipped to me last night and I got it this morning. I have to say this company was really helpful, I did call or live chat with them about my order about everyday they probably got tired of me but i just wanted to make sure I got my dress. Another thing I also did that really helped was I put my wear date about two weeks before my real one. Overall i am really happy with my experice with missesdressy.com!

Being a 50 yrs. Old woman had already a hard time in looking for a dress that will maintain the good-looks. And being the mother of a bride, I really want the best dress for me. The style, the fabric and the color, it should match the entire gathering. I had a friend name Gali, I don't know why she's always asking me to look on Missesdressy website, lately I just found out that there's a perfect dress for me. The Mon Cheri dresses really fits the occasion, you've done a great job Missesdressy, really love your dress!

I was recently in new york on business and my airline put my luggage on the wrong flight!- guess i deserve that for checking it instead of carry on. At least they gave me a debit card with some money to replace what i needed. In any case, i had a black tie event to attend to in gotham city hall. Needless to say i was on a budget until i knew what was going on with my luggage. The front desk at my hotel recommended i check out this dress showroom/warehouse outside of the city limits; right over the bridge actually. They had a WIDE selection of dresses ranging from prom all the way to bridal. Staff wasn't over the top helpful, but they were fairly busy, as it was a sunday. Bottom line, i walked out with a dress in under an hour- gave me a great deal on shoes as well- maxed out my complimentary debit card, but it was worth it.

The dress was very poor quality. Not worth it. Cheap quality and terrible dress. The seller told me if i add $80, they would send me a new dress. I won't and change my mind to buy from vand resses.com
