I ordered the dress they took my money from my matercard and they said the order is not in stock even they didn't gave my money back they canceled my order... and at the google site they said they never take the money before shipping I am waiting for my refund from three monthes I emailed them twice I think it's scam I never trust them any more..
Negative side i would say that on the picture it looked very heavy & i thought it was anarkali dress but real it's not. More like long dress to me.
Positive side I would say it's very comfortable to wear only because it not heavy and it has less zari work on it.
Absolutely stunning. Duppatta is quite stuff but the stiching of this lehenga is so beautiful. Details of the work are up to a high standard too. I just wish I bought a smaller size though. Normally a 36 but the skirt was way too big. Have to get the length and waist cut smaller.
To be honest, I love the clothes already so much that I want to wear it all as soon as possible. Special point is I love the clothes quality this made me so happy as to let you know that this was my first purchase, so before buying it I was very confuse because didnt knew the clothes quality that how will the outcome comes to me. But OVERALL I received my purchase and I love every single clothes quality the designs... btw its same as the picture. So it satisfied me so much. I'll be purchasing from mirraw again for sure very soon. Lastly, I would like to say I want it fast ship as soon as possible. Overall everything is perfect about it. THANKYOUU!
I ordered more than $200 of product. None of them fit and my measurements are exactly as they advertised. I had to pay the shipping back to India and after 4 weeks I have still not received a refund.
I orderd a necklace and a saree. The saree was very cheapline and not same as what was shown in the picture. Only thing that resembled in the pic was the color of the saree i received. The necklace was also very cheapline and broken. I sent them the pic of the necklace and they refunded me for it but unfortunately I had to keep the saree. Will never buy from them again because of poor quality
The order was not complete. They delivered the items three weeks after the date they promised to deliver. The order was incomplete. The custom stiching was not custom!
They charge my bank account 3 times and now I have to go through the hassle with bank and Mirrow. They are fraud business. They don't deliver on time, they charge three times on my credit card And Customer service is rude.

Hi all i do have a request for everyone, me too cheated badly from mirraw. I am from US so i reported to my credit card company and notified that they are scam. Please dont just stop writing the review. Inform your credit card company, they will file a report. So that any future innocent customer will be alerted. And also report thier page on the face book, and also file complaint on https://www.econsumer.gov/en/SelectAType/1#crnt. The more the complaints more we will be heard.
Overall, Mirraw has a good variety of clothing, reasonable prices, and quicker delivery times than other sites. The main thing that can be improved: please improve the sizing charts for the men's apparel. Each kurta has a different sizing chart, and some of them have charts that don't correspond with the sizes that can be selected. I had to guess my size and hope that I don't have to exchange them.
Edit: 2 out of the 3 kurtas I ordered were the right size, but the 3rd one was extremely large. This is despite the fact that all 3 were ordered with the same size. They must have sent me the wrong size by mistake.

When you spend nearly $50 on a Traditional Indian outfit from a country, half a world away from India, for your Durga Puja/Diwali celebration, you expect to get at least good quality products (forget premium quality), which looks at least 80% similar to the picture posted on the company website, if not 100%.
The product I received from Mirraw had a different color than that on the picture. Forget the neck work embroidery, which was also different from the picture. You at least expect the color to be similar, don't you? I guess, when Mirraw mentions "Replica Product", they actually mean a product having color on the same side of the color spectrum of the product's picture. So, when you order cream-pink, you end up getting maroon!
Also, the quality of the product is similar to the clothes used for the Durga Puja pandals of the very low budget clubs. Most importantly, they are not ready to take the accountability for your bad product/experience.
I finally received my order, 2 weeks after the due delivery date for which Mirraw i think is not responsible but as I seeked infos on my order, i realised that customer service is inexistant as i got no reply to my mails
Then one of rhe item i ordered a kurta
I paid 62 euros has a big ink stamp with several ink spots just in front. The stamp and spots did not go away after washing. I sent a mail but again no answer... it s impossible to wear such an item and it will cost me a fortune to send it back to India. I sent a mail but again no answer...

Wish I could rate them as "0" star, they don't deserve even 1star. I bought a four items with standard stitching. Two of my items were cancelled because the product failed quality check... can't they provide me another one of the item that passes the quality check? Then the two items that I got they had to change the measurements I gave because they can't do as per my maessurements. In total I had to pay around 25 for the product and 22 for postage and I had to pay £19tax, is it a joke? I asked them to cancel my order fully if they cNt provide all 4 of the items as I have to pay double the product value for postage and tax. They can't as they are stitched to "my measurements". I will never buy from them and will also tell my Friends not to buy from them. Not happy at all.
I am not sure how they have got so many good reviews...
After posting my concern here, I got response from some lady called 'Sagarika Pillay', who assured me my money will be refunded in 7-10days and now it has been almost 20days, and there is no refund reflected in my account. It was foolish of me to trust them again as I forget she also belongs to Mirraw family and will do the same - say sorry, ask for 7-10days and then disappear..
I will never buy from this website. The day dress arrived, I returned on the same day. The dress delivered was far far away from what I saw on website. When I returned the parcel, I got the confirmation of parcel received and now it has been more than 1 month, I am chasing CR guys of Mirraw to give me confirmation about my refund. Below is what happened:
1. When I ordered the dress, I got an email saying the dress cost rs. 2600 and at the time of delivery the delivery boy showed that on parcel, the amount written is rs. 2957 and he would take only the amount what is mentioned on parcel(I dont blame delivery boy).
2. When initiated return request, confirmation email says I will get refund of rs. 1400. Seeing this email was so frustrating, followed Mirraw CR and after banging my head for 2hrs with them got confirmation that whatever I paid, I will receive the same amount of refund.
3. I wait for 2 weeks but no further information. I posted on facebook and then some guy named 'Vicky Joshi' gave a ray of hope and said he would follow closely and see what; s wrong. Then he also disappeared and on fb somebody posted to call CR.
4. called CR multiple times but there is no response from them. Their CRs talk to you like they are either sleepy or drunk. Many times they just say 'Hello, hello' and then disconnect the call.
5. On the name of refund, a tip amount of rs. 416 is refunded to my account. (Great applauds to Mirraw's Finance Department and their calculations).
I am totally frustrated with annoying Mirraw processes and had given up on refund :(. They are totally fraud company.

They show nice pictures and sending bad quality material.

I will never recommend anyone. Almost two months of purchase but no progress in shipping updates. When you contact them, they just reply that they have expedited the process. Same reply every time.
