I would give 0, two products never shipped
The other one was not what was advertised. They ask you to return it at your expense for refund. Terrible company.
I ordered my Saree on the 19 September 2017 and still haven't got it... Hasn't even been shipped yet. Reading some reviews here I just realised that the quality might not be good either!
Customs were applied on product, paid duty changers 50% more than what I paid for the cloths. No Good customer service. Please do not waste your money here.

Extremely disappointed with Mirraw. I purchased from them a year ago and while the items were not of very good quality, I did not complain as pictures always look different than the real fabric.
This time, I ordered 4 items on June 13. I ordered the saree and 3 suit fabric only because the price was very reasonable and colors looked good. Originally items were displayed for $20, $34, $40 and $23 (total $117). When I placed the order, prices changed to $20.67, $34.10, $45.30 and $25.30 + $11 shipping and total showed as $139.70 (even though adding those five amounts gives me $136.37). Anyhow, I paid up and was looking forward to my order which was supposed to arrive by June 21-23.
However, next day they changed the dispatch date to June 21 and arrival date to July 3. They sent me an email to provide measurements or order will be delayed. I sent an email clarifying I had ordered the material only and no stitching but got no response.
Then 5 days later, I look at my order which still hasn't moved forward from the processing stage, no one has answered my emails, phone number provided just says no agents available and hangs up... and to top it all, they charged my card $149.69 instead of $139.70 as stated on the order. No explanation for the extra $10 charge and how their total keeps increasing.
So frustrated with this whole fiasco and disappointed with the lack of service. I would give less than one star if it was possible. They were pretty quick to call my home line when I had cancelled my order last month before paying but now that I actually ordered and already paid, they don't care.

Great! Quick turnaround time and quality is decent enough for how often we will wear the clothes. I found the website a little tricky to navigate but would shop using Mirraw again.
Dress is beautiful. I like light colors. If there are others, I will consider buying more. The shawl is so pretty. I am 74 and this style suits me. Hard to find clothes for my age group. Thank you.
Everything was well done except in some the measurements were not corrected as requested. A little tight that may have to undo a couple of seams. Quality of stitching is good. Thanks

I was trying to get my money back but they give no any reaction on that, they r thieves en cheater who cheat peoples. I think i have no more bad words like this, if thay've little humanity then they have to feel shame en give money back to innocent peoples, other we give again rewiew with more bad words. My 1st purchase and I am happy with the product. Delivered as promised however there's a bit issue with customer service. It's too Long to get the response from CS.
The size was too small. Different brand then my other shirts. I will go up size next time. Overall, it is pretty. Material is a bit rough and not soft.
I like the styling & overall appearance of the dress. Finishing touch could have been slightly better like button as 2 buttons came off while trying.

The dress is beautiful. Better in real life. My only comment would be to add close up photos of the beautiful beading so clients can see it before purchasing.
I DONT WANT TO GIVE ANY STARS IN THE FIRST PLACE... I have ordered two sarees for a occasion after a week I was told there is some defect in the item did not pass quality check and will take another 3 business days to deliver. When enquired they said it will take about 18-20 business days. When I can't get my item delivered on time (which is for a special occasion) why would I need that item anymore. So frustrated and furious about this website. If they cannot keep up the promise they should SHUT down the business... I will never order anything from MIRRAW... Very disappointed.
Do not use this website. I returned two jewellery sets in July, also have proof of posting which I have sent them and despite numerous emails they have not credited my account. In fact they are not even replying to my emails now I have lost $80. DO NOT USE THEM.
