“No 30 return”

I purchased 5 summer outfits, all of which were too small. I e-mailed the company for an address for return. I was given an offer of $60 to keep them. I want a refund as they don't have a size that would fit. Still have not heard back. Easy refund is false advertising.

Tip for consumers:
Falsely advertising easy 30 day refund. Don’t k ow if BBB report would help.

“Poor customer service, sizes are not correct”

Verified purchase

I ordered more than $200 of product. None of them fit and my measurements are exactly as they advertised. I had to pay the shipping back to India and after 4 weeks I have still not received a refund.

Tip for consumers:
Do not depend on their sizing. They are much smaller than reported.
