I ordered two outfits. One with custom stitching and other with the standard measurements.
1. The one with standard measurements has poor stitching on the sharara bottoms. Can't wear it the way it is stitched. I sent the pics to the Mirraw team. They promised 60% refund and want me to get it fixed here in USA. However, no refund processed or any detail provided in that regards.
2. The one with custom stitched is a real pain. The stitching is so poor and fit is as bad as it can get. The outfit is beyond fixable. When sent the pics to the mirraw team they gave the lamest response. In their words:- 'Stitching team knew that this outfit could not be stitched per the measurements provided however its rude to tell the same to the customer beforehand so it was stitched however it could and sent out.' Now they are saying that they will provide only 20% refund. Seriously...they are going to keep rest of the money knowing that this issue could have been avoided.
Its already a month and a half that I have been going hence and forth with them.
Biggest mistake to trust them.

I alwys wanted to have this. As i have seen this in shopping mall which costs too expensive. Nd the same kada i found on this site. Nd its quality nd cost both are great. So i bought this. First i thought it might be bad bcz rates are low but when i opened the box it is very nice. Must buy this

I am honestly surprised that I even received an item since many other customers didn't receive anything. However the lhenga that I ordered was supposed to be a silk skirt with a velvet top (according to the picture). What I got was a top and skirt made from rough cotton. The design was different from the picture and it actually turned out very ugly. The skirt was not finished at all- there was no lining and the paper lining that is attached to the embroidery was in tatters all in the inside of the skirt.
I knew that buying from MIrraw was a risk, and it is not one that I will take again. My recommendation is to pay a little bit more for a bit more quality. You'll have better luck with sites like indianweddingsaree and lashkaraa.
Ordered a lehenga online and got the delivery on time. But the worst part was the quality. The material and colors were very different from the one in the pictures and looked very cheap. And the worst part is the RETURN POLICY. They have self return policy which means you have to pay for the courier charges and addiitional custom charges if any, which come down to the actual price of the product you ordered. I ordered a lehenga for 40$ and returning it would mean paying around 50$ (let me tell you that they also charged me $10 for shipping). It's better to keep it then return it, even if it means never using the dress you order. I am never ordering again from this place! BEWARE!
They claim they sell REPLICAS. So be careful with what you're ordering. The pictres do not assure the quality of the product. The jewellary looks bright yet the material is very cheap. The nose cahin broke off like a biscuit on wearing for the first time.
Fabric material for bedsheets is not as described.
You might need to pay heavy cusom duty on your purchase with shipping or free shipping.
They don't let you post bad BAD REVIEWS.

Outfit was beautiful but had stains on the dress n on the belt. The garment is beige in color so it was noticable but i had no time to return or order a new replacement. Thank God the outer jacket covered the stains n I was able to wear it to my daughters engaement.
First time i have purchased 3items, all were ordered size M and only 1 fitted well, 1 was more like xs size and the last one too loose like XL... after talking to customer service I ordered the smallest kurti 1 more time (this time I ordered size L) the sizing again is off,the difference between size M and L is barely 0.5inch, customer service reluctant to help and solve the problem.
On the other occasion I HV purchased kurti for my mum size XXL to our surprise even I can't fit
Charts and actual items do not match at all! Customer service not responsive... telling you they will come back...and they never do.

Just wow for this one. I expected it to be big like for the whole head but it's only for the front I could have taken 2 to cover the whole head, am regretting I could have taken 2 but I am greatful I have 1. It's so so so beautiful ö. If you have a good friend or relative or someone you truly love who is about to be a bride, please this is a wonderful gift for them. My advice is take 2, for front and back.
Happy with the abaya. The length of abaya, and sleeves were perfect. The color was exactly as photo & the over garment was wonderful. The price was great. I will recommend you to other Sisters inshaAllah.

I did send it back, after one week I talk to them they said they receive the merchandise and they will refund the money after 24 hours.
Waited 24 hours and nothing happened then called again they said they sorry for delaying but after 24 hours I waited other 24 hours and nothing happened. For 12 times I called and each time they say the same thing apologies and wait 24 hours, then I ask to speak to manager he said that they did not receive the merchandise it could take up to 6 mouth till they receive it I ask him is it a joke he said no I could take up to 6 mouth.
So they do not want to return the money or my shipping money
This company is a joke they stealing and what you see on there website is not what will they deliver be careful guys
Worst experience i have ever had i had placed an order for two products on 9th oct 2016.The one received on 17th oct 2016 is totally different from the picture shown on the website and the material is also very very cheap and bad. I paid for two sarees, two petticoats, and two sticthed blouses. They did nothing for more than a month. When I contacted them, they said that my item was with the stitching team. Almost 2 months after the order, I finally received the package yesterday but the package only included one and one blouse. One saree, two petticoats, and one blouse were not included. I contacted the Mirrow.com multiple times, all they say is "your order has been delivered". They do not talk about other items and also do not mention about returning money. I tried to recontact, they quit responding to my messages, This website is a spam. They are cheating. Please do not buy from this website. Very very dissatisfied with their service.
Bad experience. I will never shop online again. I was asked to pay R1500 customs for a garment that cost R1999.
Rip off. Nondisclosure. The agent said No other cost. Will arrive at my door. I cannot pay this. I have returned this garment. Mirraw will not refund my money.

The Kafyan was absolutely astonishing. Exactly like the picture. The sizing was excellent the quality and stitching excellent. Very proffessional services. Very quick delivery. I highly rate you a 10 star. Very happy and certainly look forward to more future purchases. Will also recommend to family and friends.
Except the colour was a bit lighter (green) and the quality I thought was more satin effect. Anyway I am happy with the saree except for the large component of tax from Aramex :(. Can I know the name of the satin effect georgett called?

I didint read the review from the other customer. I order already with mirrraw. My wish to received my items on time. Because I was almost place my other orders. But I stop after hear the complain from the previous customers. I wish I will received on time and my items has looked the way it shows on a pictures. Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
