I don't understand how to react... i m so mad at these Mirraw online ppl, wht ever shows in pictures. U won't get the same dress, and few dresses which are the most expensive from your order will becmossing, they won't send u the right order, Yes that is wht exactly happend to me And when i emailed these people they won't give u the right Answer or even u won't get the money back :(
They are cheaters they dont send parcel dont pay i have lost 53 euros. I received sms 19/07/2019 that the parcel delivered. Immediately i phonedthem after telling my order bnumber they put my call on hold on. I waited more than 15 min and have ended up my call. Dont pay. If any one has been cheated by them inform to the police cypercrime if living in europe.
I ordered a sari from Mirraw.com on Sept 20 2017 and it was scheduled to be delivered on Oct 7th 2017, They were 1 month late and still hadn't even stitched my sari, The customer service was terrible and very incompetent, they employees there are very lazy, and the manager was never "available" for me to complaint to. I was constantly lied to about the shipping date and the status of my order. I have requested a full refund for my order and not received it yet. I would suggest to never order from this company, it is a scam.
I was extremely satisfied with this product. The material is of very good quality and looks exactly like the image provided. The dupatta is very pretty and its fabric is also thick enough that it won't rip apart. I had requested for cutomised sticing and I am extremely happy with the measurements. Its perfect!
The 50%off on mirraw website is totally scam. I bought a lehenga with $131.00. I was supposed to get 60 dollars cash back, and can redeem it on my next purchase. But I received the money in referral account. Here is the trick, you can only use 10% of referral money in each purchase, hence I have to do 10 purchase of 60 dollar clothes from mirraw within 3 months or the refferal money will expire. But in promotion they told that they would give me 50% miiraw money. When l tried to buy 70 dollar lehenga in my next purchase they gave me 5 dollar off. Beware buyers from u.s. Don't buy from mirraw.
I just recieved my parcel from mirraw today. I'm very happy and no idea why people are complaining so much. Urgent order is delivered after 20 days and that too worst quality infact these beggars seem to purchase such clothes from roadside vendors and sell. Out of three, couple of clothes were torn. Pathetic. Cheaters... deserve to rot in hell.

Worst site ever to shop i ordered a suit to present as a gift firstly they delivered to a wrong country than charhed my more than the order as customs fee than even after calling their customer care and talking to pathetic people who work there including a cheater manager just to mention a few names shailesh, Manoj, prathibha, Peter who didn't give me my refund for 3 long months and kept telling me it already processed but not approved by our accounting department. Just imagine I am still waiting and fighting for my right refund money and order was placed in July... stay away from this site its a fraud company who run away with ur money.
I ordered 3 items. All 3 are poor quality fabric. On the website they have nice pictures, but what they send is rubbish clothes, nothing to do with the pictures. Please don't order from this site, THEY ARE THIEVES.
Lovely and excellent bead work. Just as described in the website. AlMehraan has reduced the price I paid on 15th Feb 2020 from Rs2350 to Rs1621 now; and I am peeved about this. Otherwise everything is superb and good items are sold by Mirraw.

I ordered 3 sets of kurta, dhoti for my children but only 2 arrived. I had ordered this on the 6th of October but received one item short on the 29th of October only after repeated emails and calls where they assured me that the last item was delayed but would arrive.
And I am still writing in to customer service which keeps sending me standard replies that they will take 24-48 hours just to attend to this issue on top of all the delays I have experienced. I am still one item short for which I had paid in full and no one in Mirraw seems to know where the missing suit is. How is this possible? Should you not keep track of all your customer's orders? This is really bad service and Diwali is at the end of next week. It looks like one of my children will not have a suit to wear.
Be aware do not order from this company, they are fraudsters. I cancelled my order within 24 hours after reading all the shocking reviews. I was told I would get my refund in 7 days. NO refund received after 8 days so I chased them up and they tell me I will get my refund now in the next 8 days. I wish I never ordered from this company. But if I don't get my refund I will take this legally. This is no threat! I am surprised they are still trading after the terrible reviews they have. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS! They are a minus million stars!

I bought 3 unstitched outfits. 1 was a suit, 1 full length dress the other a lengha. I was so disappointed with what I received. The quality was poor and nothing like what i saw in the pictures. You see something in dapkas & velvet with beautiful embellishments but what you get is a cheaper fabric and machine embroidery. Sadly this company dupes customers with cheap imitations. I had to give the clothes away to charity! Feel conned.
Hi, I received the product, but there ic colour variation in duppata, It should have been pink but the colour is Yellow.
Secondly the jwellery is only in silver colour whereas in picture it looks different colurs. So little bit unhappy. Kids dress was good but back less was not stitched well, it came out while tying.
I ordered items to the value of $60 (+-R900). I was then told to pay customs of R1216 and I could not understand this. Then I looked at the value stated by Mirraw which was +R2200 hence the customs calculation. I have sent various emails to Mirraw to have this corrected or to provide me with a proper invoice. They simply ignore emails. I have another friend that also purchased items and she was getting quick correspondence until she asked if she could have her items delivered by a different courier company. Now she hears nothing at all. I don't know if there are dealings between Mirraw and DHL. Further, I have purchased items online from various countries and I have never had to pay a customs fee before the item was in transit status. There is something that does not seem right going on here.

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
