Beautiful sari and the stitching was done with care to my measurements. The blouse neckline wasn't what I requested but the Customer Service team remedied the situation so quickly and efficiently! The sari is beautiful and it was packaged well with all the pieces.
Absolutely disgusting customer service by mirraw. Afrin Khan and Wilson Godimadi from Mirraw responded to my previous online complaint saying they will resolve it. It has been freaking 3months almost and still no refund. Now it's in the hands of somebody lower in the chain and he has been useless as well like others. Please don't put wrong information saying the complaint has been resolved. It's goddamn unresolved still!
I have droped several messages to this company regarding exchange of my product. The order is still confirmed status and I need to exchange it to another product. But no one still reply any of those messages.

It is a beautiful lehenga and it's stitching and quality were great. But the only one thing I didn't like is that I chose a sweet heart neck style and and open back style for my blouse and I didn't get that. But other than that the lehenga is something I would buy again.
I am very pleased with my purchase. The price is very affordable. The lehenga is very beautiful and the stiching team did a perfect job. The shirt was made to me. And the waist measurement was perfect.
The only thing that did not go as planned was the delivery date. I received a week after the date it was announced. But this was also not a problem because I ordered it well in advance.

I bought two suits on the 9th of May for 153€ and delivery should have been on 21st of May, but received on 31st. Well I may say that's still ok. But one of the salwar has ink spots on it! I've tried to take them off but impossible! As for the other one, the salwar is not even cut, just a piece of cloth and that's it! The stained one is stitched and I'm sure it's a damaged return good that was packed again and delivered to me, as i only ordered unstitched models. But well! It is so poorly stitched that it looks even worst than the stain! I'm never placing an order at Mirraw again!
The product is of good quality. The colour is slightly different from the picture. The blouse was slightly small around the sleeve and sides but had sufficient space to enlargen. The bottom of the blouse was not cut and stitched straight. Overall, I am happy with the purchase because I was able to fix the stitching issues.
It came very early! The material was very nice and was not cheap. The dress even looked better than the picture online! The details on the dress were on point and it didn't have any loose strings or sequence. Overall I really liked this dress and I would very much reccomend it.
Beautiful. The feel from the image is that the saree is heavy, but in reality is lightweight with an easy drape. Upon wearing, looks lush and rich. Blouse is bright red and beautifully embroidered. Mostly true to image but the small glitch is that the border is bright orange than red although it matches well with the border of the saree. In the image, the border has been photoshopped to look a bright red.
Came in good time, looks just like the picture, except that the shall looks more pink in the picture than the one I got, but the color is still great and matches the Lehenga wonderfully. Great quality stitching and fabric. Would recommend to anyone!

I just wanted to post my review or not sure wasting my time.
When you call the help desk. You find the number is always busy and the not sure busy with what and always I get a message that your number is noted and will get a call back, not sure which number they call back. I never got a call from you so call called bull $#*! support.
I just know that you just collecting money from people and cheating them. I am sure that I will not refer this shopping site or the underhanded site to any of my friends. From my side I will try to pass on this message, so that people should be aware of this site or how you people operate.
All sarees are in good condition and blouses are fitting nicely and the way l want it is the same l love it. But bahubali designer ear rings 1 is in good condition and 1 is broken... thank you to the team

The price i have paid is ok but you didn't mention the charges for the pack. After getting the parcel i paid 2500srilankan rupee's for something but i don't know why for it. So please mention the additional price
Very good fit and I was worried about the length of it's going to be short for me since I am 5'7" but it was perfect!
However there is one mistake made. The sea green long dress which is worn inside the teal jacket the front of the lehanga part is in the back and the back is in the front. I can tell because there is more work in the back ( it gets hidden in the back as there is a long jacket over it.
I ordered some dressses but till now, I have not received the order, Every time. I email them they say, they will check and revert back in 72 hours, What a terrible experience with mirraw, Not recommended at all, stay with these fraudulent people.

They dont even know the company who will deliver the order, what a shame on mirraw, All people stay away from mirraw. Dont buy and lose your hard earned money.
This is the worst online site. If anybody bought and paid via Paypal or credit card, you can get a full refund via Paypal or credit card company.

I ordered from Mirraw 3xs so far and am loving it a lot so far. Stitching is very good quality. Although I would suggest that you guys have option for full sleeve blouse stitching for sarees. Most online shops aren't that good with their services. Thank you so far for everything Mirraw staff!
The worst experience ever!
Order was not delivered by the expected time.
The order was lost by the Courier.
The order couldn't be resent on time and was informed the order was cancelled.
Was promised refund.
The refund was not provided.
After chasing for refund was told the lost order was found it will be delivered.
Informed them many times not to deliver the order as it was too late.
Lost and found order was still delivered after the wedding and there was items missing from the order.
After all that they asked me to return the order at my cost.
Totally inappropriate and unfair liars.
Luckily I recorded all the conversations and had a record of all communications.
They are very deceiving, even tried to trick me into closing my PayPal case saying they cant offer refund until I close the case.

Why can't I use referal amount in regular computer website, instead of your app. You are losing business by not allowing it, as many older people are not cofortable with app, like to use large window on regular website in computer or laptop.
I have ordered for two sarees on 3rd october, Order Number: M*******, but later requested to change the 2nd saree. They wrongly sent me the one I've already received which I promptly returned, Now they have not yet returned the payment made for the second saree & the courier charges and every time I ask about it, they are giving false promises to return the same. How long should I wait for the money which I have instantly paid online as COD is not available here.Its already one month. Pathetic service.
