The products are far from the ones showed in the website. Misleading and fraulent. Free shipping is a false. I spent more than £99 online and expected free shipping as advertised on the website. I had to pay the shipping fees as the company refused to refund the purchase made. Do not buy here.
I received my maroon georgette anarkali with stains in 4 to 5 places. I called and told Mirraw day after I received the order. Mirraw asked me to send pictures of the stains and than they asked me to send more pictures and than copy of my credit card bill to show the payment has gone to them and kept asking me for additional things but after 13 days still no word on refunding my account for the damaged item. The customer service is horrible.
I ordered 5 sarees from them for 110$. I received the product at the correct time, but the product was very poor in quality and the blouses, fall were not stitched. I had paid for standard blouse stitching and fall stitching and nothing was done. When i emailed them to refund my stitching and pico charges alone along with the shipping charges and not for the bad product, they replied back telling me that they did not see a charge was made for stitching.
They keep changing the prices everyday, so i couldn't go back and track my order and stitching charges.
I sent them the details of the payment i made, but they kept sending me the same reply that i did not pay for the stitching.
It was my fault ordering from them, will never make this mistake again and will never refer them to my friends
Never received products. Asked for a refund a month later.
Worst customer service ever. The only message you get back from customer service is "We would like to inform you that we have escalated the issue to the concerned team, please allow us X hours so that we can check and update you on the status of the product. " X varies from 24-48-72hrs.
The best part is that the ticket you raised gets immediately closed with a message "We hope that the ticket was resolved to your satisfaction. If you feel that the ticket should not be closed or if the ticket has not been resolved, please reply to this email".
Every time you try to contact them back, you get into the same loop.
Delivery was little late but the product I received was very good as shown in pic I really liked very much the quality or net fabric is smooth, the sequiens are very nice and gives rich look i really liked it thankyou.
These dresses are awesome.! We are going to enjoy these tailor made dresses long time. Materials are soft and stitching is perfect. Also delivery arrived in time before Puja. You made our day. Thank you so much.
Please please don't order from them. I ordered a yellow saree with stitched blouse. The saree was the most cheap quality ever. The work looked like from item from the street. I was charged for the stitching but received an unstitched blouse. I have been doing online shopping for desi clothes for the past 8 years. This is the first I ordered from Mirraw and it will by my last time and also the first time I got screwed very bad.
The design make the neck opening sooo tiny i tried it on and then i couldnt get it out my head i made a stich so i can be out of this dress the dress is good and fit 70% to the size but they need to put a hidden zipper in the front otherwise its soo tough to put it on and off
It was promised in an email and message by team lead sales satendra pathere that mirraw will take care to pay my customs of international shipment. But no one is answering my emails now and my order is stuck and getting late for delivery. I might not get it by my wedding. I am V sad and v frustrated by the bad professional handling donr by mirraw.

What you see online and order, and what gets delivered is totally different color and quality wise. I ordered 2 saree both of them didnot match the description, color and quality and missed a product while delivering. They don't have return and refund policy defined properly and I have been having several email exchanges which does not lead you anywhere. When you explain the inconsistency, quality issues and missing product, they reply back to say goodwill discount and not refund for the issues explained. When you wanted to connect with senior executive to explain, you will be shared only customer care and their support hour sucks or they don't answer the phone. Overall very very bad experience. I wish there should be online delivery shopping quality checking service, so I can compliant and theyvcan ensure only quality online shopping services are bailable. Not one more person will loose money and have such worst experience.
I placed an order in Mirraw on October 26. Order number: M*******
By mistake I have paid twice( M*******) the stipulated amount of the order.
The problem with all this is that they have also charged me that double amount of the order, and not come back the rest of money.
And my items has not yet sent to me. They says what only have one invoice but in my account bank I had twice payment did from Mirraw.It second time I was ordered in Mirraw and they not to answer my messages not Returned the money and not To sent me my order. I ordered 5 items and have spend 240$ for nothing. They not resolved my problems I'm still waiting. Very very bad experience and very disappointed and frustrated, I not have words. My advice for all never buy nothing from this website. All my hopes and illusion has broken, without money and items. The worst experience.
I loved the orange kurti it is so beautiful. However the green one is very large even I ordered the same sizes. It very long and large for Me. But products are really good and quality. I love shopping with you.
I order two item which was buy one get 3 free but they send only one of each as well as it was not even what I order and I order one chudidar and gave them my measurements but it was not even my fit and clothes quality is rubbish. As well as I complain via app but nothing happen they said they will refund 10 percent and I even didn't get that as well how come it is fair to give 10 percent back if the item is not even what I order. I will never ever buy from them again. Shopping with Mirraw was real disappointment for me and waste of my money. Guys you can look what I order vs what I get my nose pin is completely different and even my kurtha is completely different than what it look like in pictures I even make personal call on the number they provide and asked them to make it as same as in pictures but that is what I get. I had ordered sari it was saying it's chiku colour but when it's arrive it was totally different colour when I ask for return they said it will be very costly we can give u 10% off n till now I don't have 10% refund
The size reads XXL as I ordered except that it appears to have been altered to a size L, and it doesn't fit me. There's a row of stitching which was done afterwards and the seam was overlocked to fit a size Large. The alteration to the garment is quite obvious.
Hi I ordered 5 items from mirraw, onsite it said delivery on November 20th but got nothing. I PAID $265 CAN and no one is responding to my emails. My order no is M*******. It's has been 24days now. I really hope they will send me my order. Very very sad.
Quality of bangles is very good, received in time and packing was good. Very happy with the product. I received a call from Radha Creations before dispatching the bangles. This personal touch is very important. Thanks a lot.
I have ordered two times from this website. Both time clothes quality and specially stiching came out nice. I have referred some friends too and they have ordered too and they are happy bcoz it's difficult to find cloth variety here that we have on Mirraw with decent price.

I purchased something online on sep 12th and was sent an email that it will be delivered on sep 24th. The email had a track order link, I started looking /tracking about a week after I purchased and there was no progress at all. When I go to the website there is a chat live link for watsapp, I sent them two messages and no one bothered to reply. Today I get an email that the item
Will be delivered on October 2nd. It goes to show the terrible attitude towards customer service. I will Never purchase from them again

I made a purchase a lehenga for £58.00 on the 15 September and it's already been over a month and did not hear from them. I called and since the past few weeks they said its going to be soon n still nothing came! I email loads of time n no respone! I guess its a fraudulent company no clear response worst customer service will never buy again! Not even sure if i am going to receive my parcel as i was going to use this for a wedding for next week n im going away for the wedding! I need to spend again to buy other outfit!

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
